There are four bedrooms on the top floor, a large master bedroom suite with a King-sized bed and master bathroom with walk in closet, guest bedroom #2 has two bunk beds that sleeps 4 children, guest bedroom #3 has a King-sized bed, guest bedroom #4 has a King-sized bed and a single-size day bed.

You will fall in love with the soft beach décor and inviting gourmet kitchen. Upon entering, you will be welcomed with the first floor fully-equipped kitchen displaying granite countertops and stainless-steel appliances, along with plenty of storage space and all equipment needed to enjoy your own meals while on vacation. The kitchen opens into the dining area and living room, providing plenty of room to spread out. The living room features beautiful furnishings along with a flat-screen television. The guest bath is accessible from the hallway directly off living room.

On the ground floor you will find a water front game room equipped with large TV, games, gas grill and plenty of seating to relax and take in the water views and sunsets. In the garage you will find a convenient half bath,chairs and umbrella.

Here the kids can splash (no lifeguard) and to explore along the quiet West end of Navarre Beach. For wave lovers, take a 4 minute walk 2 blocks to the public beach access to enjoy the turquoise waters of the Gulf.
