Beachfront living and Big Sunsets!

Once you step through the front door you will automatically feel like this is "YOUR HOME" in Navarre Beach in Santa Rosa Island, Florida. You are greeted by large wall of windows and french doors overlooking the gorgeous emerald green Gulf of Mexico on one side and Santa Rosa Sound on the other side. These breathtaking views from this open 1800 square foot floorplan located on the top of the Sandy white beach will make it hard to leave! Sleeps 10: 3 bedrooms, 3 full baths and enclosed garage.

Bottom Floor: Enclosed garage with ping pong table, beach chairs, kayak, bicycles, grill, outdoor patio furniture. After a day on the beach you can walk straight to your own private outdoor shower and rinse the sand away before grilling and enjoying the sunset.

Second Floor: Oversized family room has fantastic views of the Gulf and leads out to a private balcony with 4 adirondack chairs, Captains chair, dining table and chairs where you can enjoy your morning coffee while watching the dolphins play. The family room has 2 Plush couches, 65 inch smart TV and wine bar. It is separated by an oversized fully equipped kitchen and Dining Room that over looks the Santa Rosa Sound. From the Dining Room you can step out onto the balcony for the afternoon sunset over the Santa Rosa Sound with a glass of wine! Laundry room and another full bath are located on this floor.

Third Floor: The primary bedroom has a wall of windows and french doors that lead out to private covered balcony overlooking the Gulf. It has a king size bed and a trundle. It features a walk-in closet, soaking tub, 42 inch smart tv. On the opposite side there are 2 bedrooms overlooking the Sound, one room with 2 sets of twin bunk beds and another room with a king size bed. Both are equipped with smart tvs. and share a bathroom.

Such a wonderful property. We've stayed here before and knew it would be perfect for 2 familes with kids. The beach supplies make it an easy experience when flying, not having to pack all that beach gear! Views are tremendous and beach access is unbeatable! We just loved it!

Home Away from Home

This year we chose to stay further down the beach and not in a condo. Best decision ever!! The unit was so comfy it felt like home. We had the best time! The owners were amazing! We had one issue that was taken care of in less than an hour and they communicated every step of the way. We can’t say enough good things about our stay!

Great, relaxing stay

Great spot on the beach. Really convenient for setting up on the beach early and coming back to the condo for lunch and other things we wanted. Short distance to the pier and to Pensacola for restaurants. Highly recommend Andy D's restaurant at the pier. Condo was well equipped for cooking meals. Place was clean and comfortable, felt like home away from home. Look forward to visiting again.

Best experience!!

The house was incredible and the location was hands down the best of many places we've previously stayed in the area. Beach access and views were fantastic! The house was clean, well stocked, and has lots of beach toys, chairs, etc. We hope to return in the future to stay again. It was hard to leave!

The BEST rental at Navarre Beach, FL

We have stayed in several rentals in the Navarre Beach, Gulf Breeze, Pensacola area and this is HANDS DOWN the best rental we’ve had the pleasure to stay at. It’s clean, well appointed, lovely decor, comfortable beds and bedding, soft towels, great water pressure, a/c works perfectly, cushy furniture, very short walk to the gulf, stunning views, beach chairs and toys, outdoor shower, and a very responsive owner that let us check in early. We will definitely stay here when we return!

Great Property

This townhome was great! Excellent communication with the owner, plenty of beach supplies, lots of room for our group of 7. Right in the middle of the island so not too close to the crowds from the high rises. We loved our week there!

Loved the Condo

This was the first time we had stayed on Navarre Beach, and we really enjoyed our stay at Osbon Dunes. Kellie was a great host and responded quickly to all our questions. The condo is huge, in fantastic shape and had everything we needed. The kids really enjoyed using the kayak and the boogie boards. It's a very quiet neighborhood, and we really liked not having to worry about neighbors above or below us. We definitely hope to return.

Fantastic Rental

We had a wonderful stay at this property! The easy access to the beach made our vacation even more enjoyable. The host communicated exceptionally well throughout our stay, which made everything go smoothly. The sleeping arrangements were comfortable, especially for a larger group, though I'd recommend a mattress topper if you plan to use the daybed and trundle for added comfort. The open floor plan was perfect for group gatherings, giving us plenty of space without feeling cramped. We also appreciated the abundance of beach chairs and equipment available, making our beach days hassle-free. The location felt nicely secluded, offering a peaceful atmosphere, but was also conveniently close to stores and restaurants. A bonus was the extra refrigerator in the garage, which was great for storing bags of ice. Overall, this property exceeded our expectations and made for a fantastic beach getaway. We are looking forward to returning next year. Highly recommend!

Amazing house, beach and neighborhood!

This house feels so homey! The house is decorated so classy and pristine. The house is well stocked with more than everything you can possibly need. The kitchen is large and stalked to cook for a large family. (Just bring all ingredients! There is no oil, baking powder or spices) The downstairs is loaded with beach gear. The children had all the beach toys they could desire. The teens loved the fishing gear and kayak! It was lovely, quiet and peaceful!

This is our 2nd time to stay at Osbon Dunes. We love the location! The house is great and wow, tons of beach supplies and beach toys are available to use as well! Kellie, the host, is fantastic to communicate with! We’re already looking at our calendars to try to book for next year!!
