Our base rate includes up to **10 guests** and is priced competitively with similar waterfront homes. Bringing a larger group? No problem!

Guests **over 10 people are $30 per person, per night**, with a maximum occupancy of 18 guests.

🐾 Dogs are welcome with prior approval.
Maximum 2 dogs. A $75 pet fee per dog applies.

💰 A $500 security deposit is required for all bookings.

A 5% cancellation processing fee applies to all cancellations.
