Perfect villa in gorgeous setting, close to everything we needed. At check-in, Anna gave a super helpful overview of the island and then she continued to immediately get us any reservation we needed. Breakfast was always a beautiful spread and gave us a great start to the day. Honestly, best relaxation ever! We’ll be back

Property was phenomenal. Staff was very kind and always eager to help and offer assistance. I was a bit worried about the location prior to arriving, with it being slightly outside of town, but wouldn’t have had it any other way now that we experienced it. The location is minutes from all the great spots on the island and just far enough away to not feel and see the crowds when you want to escape for a bit.

Nice hotel, quiet area. Great for families-- we had an infant, and the statf were very welcoming and accommodating. Hotel was easy driving distance from restaurants and shopping. We really enjoyed our stay.

Loved our villa with private pool. Very comfortable and a perfect place to relax. Breakfast was fantastic with a choice of homemade options that changed daily. Limited interactions with staff & that was very transactional. Really enjoyed our stay but lacked some attention to detail.

We really enjoyed our stay at Naxian Utopia! The villa was fantastic and staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful to organize transportation, car rentals and make reservations. Special shoutout to Anna for making our stay memorable. Daily breakfast was fresh and included new traditional Greek foods to try each day. Would love to return again next time we are in Naxos.

Breakfast was good, lots of selection. The staff were lovely! The hot water in our villa didn’t work after 5:00pm and the haman only worked half the time. The pool was very clean and the patio area is huge! This hotel is situated a 20 minute walk from the beach & restaurants. It is 15 minute drive to Naxos town. Be aware that the taxis to go to the beach or Naxos are 20 euro each.

I’m genuinely confused how this property is considered a five star hotel, because my experience felt nowhere close to that standard. Problems started immediately. Our room had spiders, flies, and other bugs, which set the wrong tone. The pathways to the rooms weren’t even paved, just dirt roads that made the place feel unfinished and poorly maintained. Sleeping was nearly impossible because a rooster on the adjacent property crowed nonstop every morning. The door handle to our room even broke in my hand, something I’d expect from a budget motel, not a luxury hotel. The A/C barely blew air, and since it only works when the key is inserted, the room couldn’t be cooled ahead of time. It stayed warm and uncomfortable well into the night. A sulfur‑or‑sewage smell lingered in the room, raising concerns about cleanliness and plumbing. The pool deck outside our room was never cleaned or maintained, with the same debris and dirt visible each day. The mattress was extremely firm, and my back was hurting badly by the second night. Even showering was unpleasant because the loose shower‑curtain bar flapped loudly whenever water hit it. The hotel also lacked basic five star details. There were no hand towels, the appliances were outdated, the beds weren’t soft, and there were no bellmen to assist with luggage. These aren’t small oversights; they’re fundamental elements of a luxury stay. The property felt misrepresented. This was nowhere near a five star experience. Wouldn't Stay Again

Decide yourself

Modern, clean and comfortable private villa with stunning views and great hammam. Delicious breakfast with plenty of options and homemade cakes. Nice food delievered to the villa. Beautiful views from the upper tarrace. The negatives: reception and service ladies were unfortunately either not there or very slow and forgot stuff. Also not attentive or friendly. One was carrying two empty plates and two beers and broke one, waiting time for the next beer was 30minutes, one hour until it was cleaned. Also, our booking of additional nights which was made 2 weeks in advance, got cancelled 1 day before our flight, which was really annoying as we didn‘t have time to look for anything new and other options we liked were fully booked. This was very unprofessional and never happened to me before, although I‘m a very frequent traveller. It‘s a nice place, but with so much chaos in the planning, that you can‘t even trust the booking confirmation, in this price range, is a no go. This made us choose from still available options on the go :/ There is nothing in the walking distance, so you need own transport or take the bus. A walk to the next village and beach looked quite dangerous (no sideways).

Breakfast was outstanding… lots of variety, changed daily and all homemade. Having our own pool was wonderful and staff so helpful. The pick up from the port was appreciated. The room was great although lacked some storage and a sunken bath not that practical with kids. The walk down to shops/beach/restaurants wasn’t great (can’t do in the dark) but was only 10 minutes. It’s €15 in a taxi or €2 each on the bus. Chora easily accessible by bus. We really loved this place.

The staff was top notch. They went out of their way at every instance. Such warm people and very accommodating. We went in early October so a bit windy but we still had a relaxing stay. The spa was wonderful!

Super schöne Unterkunft mit nur 9 Zimmern. Tolle Einrichtung, toller privater Pool und Terrasse. Wir waren in der Spa Suite 1 die definitiv den größten Außenbereich und am längsten Sonne hat. Das personal ist super freundlich. Was uns etwas gestört hat ist die Überempfindlichkeit Corona gegenüber. In ganz Griechenland wird keine Maske mehr getragen etc aber im Hotel muss sich beim Frühstück Plastik Handschuhe angezogen werden Maske. Leider war das Frühstück auch eher ein Witz. Eierspeisen wurden schon alle vorbereitet und liegen in einer Vitrine. 9 verschiedene Kuchen. Kaffe kommt per Knopfdruck aus woken Automat. Bei so einem Hotel mit nur 9 Zimmern hätte ich anderen Frühstücksservice erwartet. Frischer Kaffee, frisches Essen zb Eier auf wusch zubereitet. Trotzdem hatten wir eine schöne Zeit und würden es weiterempfehlen
