*** PLEASE NOTE ***: During the summer season, typically from late May through late August, a temporary beach soccer stadium may be installed on the beach in front of the apartment as part of local sporting events and activities. As a result, a portion of the Atlantic Ocean views from the balcony may be partially obstructed during this period.

We understand that the sea views are an important feature of the property and apologize for any disappointment this seasonal installation may cause. While the stadium can affect part of the direct beach frontage view, guests can still enjoy the apartment's superb beachfront location, the vibrant seaside atmosphere, and views of the surrounding coastline.
