The kitchen is fully equipped with anything you might need to preapre your meals during your stay. A separate bedroom with a comfy double bed, air-conditioned for optimal comfort and plenty of storage space, ideal for longer stays. A bright bathroom completes the picture. Outside, the well-kept bloomy garden with a quaint swing awaits for relaxation moments!

Nea Potidaia, a charming coastal village nestled on the narrow isthmus connecting the Kassandra peninsula with the rest of Chalkidiki, is a hidden gem that offers a unique combination of history, natural beauty, and modern comforts. Its strategic location makes it not only a perfect base for exploring all three of Chalkidiki’s peninsulas—Kassandra, Sithonia, and Mount Athos—but also a destination in its own right, rich in experiences and activities that cater to every kind of traveler. Within 5km from the property a convenient super market can be found, while a selection of restaurants/taverns at just 2km away!

At first glance, Nea Potidaia enchants visitors with its postcard-perfect beaches, turquoise waters, and traditional Greek atmosphere. The village itself is built near the ruins of the ancient city of Potidaea, founded in the 7th century BC by Corinthian colonists. While much of the ancient city has been lost to time or lies beneath the modern town, the remnants of the fortification walls and ancient harbor still hint at the area’s historic significance.

The village is a wonderful place to simply relax. Its beaches stretch along both sides of the isthmus, offering options for those who prefer organized beach bars with sunbeds and music as well as those who seek solitude and the sound of waves. The western side, facing the Thermaic Gulf, often has calm, shallow waters ideal for families with children. Meanwhile, the eastern side, with views across the Toroneos Gulf toward Sithonia, boasts clearer waters and unforgettable sunrises. Beachside tavernas serve fresh seafood, grilled meats, and all the classic Greek dishes, from moussaka and souvlaki to fresh Greek salads topped with creamy feta. A leisurely lunch followed by a swim in the clear, warm waters is the essence of summer in Nea Potidaia. Afytos(16km), further south, is a picturesque village set on a cliff with cobblestone streets, stone houses, and panoramic views of the Toroneos Gulf. The village is known for its artistic spirit, hosting galleries, craft shops, and cozy tavernas with terraces that overlook the sea. Spending an evening here, especially during sunset, feels like stepping into a painting.
