“Super nice people at the front desk”

“The fridge was broken. We had to ask for milk and yogurt. The coffee was empty. Had to ask not once but twice. Doesn’t have an elevator. We were on the first floor and right above us we heard noise all night long. They over billed us. Going to give them a few days to fix it before I call them. Too close to busy road. Heard traffic all night.”

“Wish there was a coffee maker in the room or 24 hour coffee. Otherwise decent place.”

“The staff were great. So sweet! My complaint would be that the double room we stayed in had a strong smell of an unwashed older man. I did not did. The bed’s comfortable and we all were tossing throughout the night. I know that the smaller rooms are cozy and there is not a smell so I was a little surprised by that in the larger rooms.”
