The perfect home base for any season, this rural retreat is located just a mile from the 43,000-acre Necedah Wildlife Refuge featuring a network of seasonal hiking and snowmobile trails. An extensive network of ATV/UTV trails is accessible right from the property. You'll also be able to take advantage of a nearby kayak launch for exploring the marsh and wetlands. The Yellow River, Petenwelll Lake, and Castle Rock Lake each offer year-round fishing, swimming, and boating opportunities. You'll find a bevy of charming local shops, bars, and restaurants in the nearby village of Necedah. Parking for your boat or ATV trailer is available in the driveway.

At home, enjoy the scenery of your woodsy retreat while sipping coffee on the private deck or gathering around the wood-burning firepit in the backyard. A gas grill is also provided for family cookouts.

Inside, plush sofa seating and a smart TV are ready to welcome casual downtime after the day's adventures. The full kitchen comes well-equipped with everything you'll need to plan and prepare home-cooked meals. The bedrooms each feature mass-loaded vinyl sound insulation for ultimate guest privacy.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
