The property and room were clean and quiet and the place felt safe. However, the bed was horrible, and the breakfast was definitely below par. The bed itself was squeaky every time you sat on it, and mattress cover and bedding was noisy, like stiff plastic, very time you moved.
I thought it was just our room, but I asked another guest and they said it was the same in theirs.
The room lacked condiments for the coffee. No creamer or sweetener of any type.Apparently they don’t carry creamer anymore, anywhere in the facility. The only thing they have for coffee are those those sweet flavored creamer with a pump. So I went and bought some myself.
There is no one manning the desk however you can quickly get someone by picking up the phone at the front desk at the front desk The staff was very accommodating.
The room is cleaned every three days unless you request to have it cleaned. Which was done upon request.
The last thing was the restaurant. It was there, but wasn’t open during that time. Apparently it’s only opened Tuesday through Saturday.
