Hotell nära Negri-Napote Native Grassland Preserve

“The bar and dinner area had no staff - they kept saying she was late but by 7:30 no one had come in. The staff at check in, however, was kind enough to get drinks for a few of us. Seems like they should have a better back up plan.”

“The mattress of the king bed was not leveled. Instead of changing it, the staff gave me more sheet. The toilet was clogged, the staff told me that we dont have housekeeping after 4 pm so you will have to wait till tomorrow. Bad tub was broken. They had pasted a patch of glazed plastic sheet on the damaged area, which was very slippery. I slipped while taking a bath. Fortunately there was no serious injury. Quality of food at the breakfast was bad. Not a good value for money”

“Vistelsen inträffade under orkanen Sandy och hotellet blev strömlöst. Till skillnad från många andra hotell där personalen lämnade gästerna åt sitt öde, så flyttade personalen på Staybridge in på hotellet för att bistå gästerna under och efter stormen. De lyckades till och med ordna varm frukost samt enklare lunch och middag genom att använda gasolgrillen på uteplatsen! Frukosten var för övrig bra i normala fall och systemet med att erbjuda lättare gratis "middag" Ti-To varje vecka uppskattades....

“Location good. Property could use some TLC and a renovation is due. No gift shop to pick up incidentals or any room service. Since a quick trip, not an issue, but something to note. Price and location was driver here.”

“Nice staff, spacouis and clean rooms. The pools did not look clean so I never went for a swim unfourtnatley. and ther where no place to change to swimming clothes by the pool. perfect location with plenty of resturants near by. The staff was veru friendly and helpfull. when We extended our stay for more days we could stay in the same room. ”

“Room wasn’t ready at 4:00 PM checkout time. We were tired from long drive and had to attend function at 6:00 and staff wasn’t ready to give alternate room. Had to wait. Also, retained $20 for incidental but didn’t explain. ”
