“We booked two rooms; one was good. The other had a broken AC and smelled damp. The staff took the problem seriously and tried to resolve it. When that didn’t work, we were given a new room that was good in every way. The staff were consistently excellent! The pool is minimal, absolutely not what I expected. As a result, none of us or our three children wanted to swim. The breakfast was poor—neither tasty nor offering a good selection. It was okay, but not worthy of the Hyatt name.”

“This was a great stay in Old San Juan. Not far from SJU, close to everything we wanted to do. From Castle Morro, to the pier, to everything in between. Great food and shopping options close by, and for a night pre-cruise we couldn't ask for anything more!”
