“Great staff. They were helpful. But the actual hotel and amenities are so incredibly dated and mostly shabby. Absolutely needs a modernization. No AC in the rooms, the lobby is closed off to everyone except for breakfast hours. Pool was fun for my daughter, but dirty. And for 209 for a single night(taxes&fees incl) I would have rather spent the money somewhere else.”

“Great staff from front desk to cleaning and breakfast room staff (friendly and helpful). The pool, spa and sauna are a nice addition. The room was a little dated but well-appointed (robes, hair dryer, coffee maker, microwave, frig). I also loved the balcony that faced the river. The chowder at 5pm and hot cookies at 2pm were fantastic! The free breakfast was a nice touch too. Ill be back!”

“Clean is room and staffs was friendly, I was able to check in early than 4pm and it was very helpful when traveling with young kids. Breakfast was great but was hoping to have more variety on hot food. Pool is dark and small, water is not so clear, and we only swam one time. Walking distance to other attractions and view is great from the patio. Would like to stay next time.”

“The room was clean, but the beds were not really comfortable and the pillows. The only other concern when I have stayed in hotels over the years I was able to check in earlier. This hotel was all most 30 mins after the 4 check in. I had to call and complain and then they were able to get my room ready. I had my 7 year old grandson with me, and he was tired. Over all it was a fine stay!”

“I would not recommend this hotel. While the location is excellent—just a short walk to the beach, restaurants, shops, and the main downtown area—the overall experience was disappointing, especially for $249.93 per night. The biggest issue was cleanliness. When we opened the bed, we found blood stains on the sheets. Housekeeping came to replace them, but the replacement sheets also had blood stains. There were also mosquitoes in the room, which made it difficult to sleep comfortably. The room...
