“Clean. Kind staff. I felt very safe here.”

“The hot tub was lined with rust which gave the clean water a brown hue. The indoor pool looked even worse. Thank goodness we were on the first floor. 3 stories and no elevator.”

“This hotel might be the “best” in Nebraska City but ughhh it makes me sick the price I paid for this stay. The elevator was broken, there was a shattered window, the beds were hard and the water pressure was non existent. The one thing I will say is the staff were kind and helpful when our tv broke and the breakfast was hot.”

“The entire place is under construction and shouldn't even be open and operating! We got in at 3a and were woken to the sounds of hammers at 7a tearing out concert that we then had to walk through. Their website says that they offer breakfast, but due to the construction there was no breakfast, no gym, and no washer/dryers. There was construction materials everywhere which seemed very unsafe for my young children. We also found beer in the freezer that had been left there for who knows how long...

“There was only a kiosk for check-in. We were told to sit down until they were ready. We had pre-paid, all we needed was a key card. It took 15+ minutes & it was difficult to understand. ”

“This hotel is possibly the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at. I normally do not use Expedia. But I did because it was the last leg of our wonderful vacation along Route 66. Expedia said it was $100.00 a night. When the hotel checked me out he charged me $100.00 for two nights and $194.00 for the third night. He said it was Expedia only paid him $330.00 so I had to pay the difference. I told him that is up to him since he used Expedia as his reservationist. He would not take it off my credit card....

“I wish I had the name of the lady running the check-in/front desk when we checked in (06/19/2026 at approx 9pm). She was the nicest, most helpful person I have dealt with in a very long time. We got in later than we wanted and she went out of her way to make sure we were able to order from their lounge, made calls for us, just was so polite and helpful. “Very dated property. The appearance on the outside is inviting but once inside you realize the age of the property and lack of room and common area maintenance. This is not a result of staff negligence, but rather it appears to be ownerships lack of desire to spend money on repairs and maintenance. The in-room internet was not good at all. “The room didn’t feel clean. The pullout bed was terribly dirty with crumbs and bugs. The shampoo in the shower was empty. The shower leaked onto the bathroom floor. The bathroom door didn’t lock. The website says the pool is open 8:00am to 10:00pm. Our grandson wanted to swim in the morning before we left. The pool has a sign that it doesn’t open until 10:00am.
