“The hotel is in a small town, so our expectations were not the greatest, but this place knocked it out of the park! The staff was friendly, the hotel was clean, the room was spacious, and the location was great for all of our side trips to VT, MA and northern NY. Staying local near Caroga and Canada Lakes was also great. Hiking, kayaking, the race track at Saratoga, Baseball Hall of Fame all less than a 2 hour drive! Highly recommend!!”

“Paul and his staff couldn't have been more accommodating and helpful! Lovely old stately home converted to BnB, with delightful breakfast next day. The suites are large and very comfortable and just dripping with classic furnishings appropriate to a late 19th century stately home.”

“Easy access to all amenities - outdoor or indoor dining, great pool and helpful staff. I have been coming here for 10 years to visit nearby shrines in Fonda and Auriesville - best hotel in area. Clean, easy parking , delicious breakfast and dinner - will hopefully be back next year”

“Nice people to deal with at the property. It fit our needs. They had information printed out for TV and basics. Had micro and fridge. No iron or blow dryer in room- they had an iron available for us in office. Small area, but worked. Did not have time to do beach- we were at Copperstown all day for grandson. Sad that someone scratched their key on the back of our car rental during the night, but they do have security cameras they are looking at. The price helped us to be able to stay to see our...

“We had a wonderful two night stay at the Meadowlark. There is everything you need for a comfortable stay at your fingertips. The rooms are spotlessly clean. And Austin is a fabulous host! He makes a great breakfast for his guests every morning with warm conversation. This motel has more of a bed and breakfast feeling with cozy vibes. I highly recommend and would definitely return!”

“The property is very convient to the area resteraunts and stores. It is alos conveinient to the sunshine Fairgrounds. The staff were super helpful and friendly. My room needed minor maintainance while I was there and that was done immediately with no fuss. The only issue I had was that the rooms could use a " facelift". Also the coffee machine in the breakfast area makes terrible coffee. There's a machine in the room however, which makes great coffe, you just need to get cream and sugar...

“Finding a pet-friendly place is always difficult. Sprinkle in a single night’s stay on a holiday weekend near Cooperstown into the mix and it becomes impossible. HOWEVER…at KC’s…we stayed in a brand new room which was entirely spotless on a bed that gave us the best night of sleep in memory! The property is still under some construction, but the value here is really, really great!”

“Room was impeccably clean, although I killed two flies immediately that were lingering at the window. I had a beautiful view of the lake, which I walked to and enjoyed the peaceful scenery. The only negative was that the shower was so small, that anyone larger than my petite 5'2" body frame would have a difficult time washing their hair or thoroughly cleaning themselves. I would definitely stay again.”

“Just like it's name, this B and B is alongside the Erie canal. The room was large, with a nice seating area had a kitchenette and a very comfortable bedroom. Little Falls City is a lovely area in the Mohawk Valley of New York State and is very walkable. I would recommend staying in this B&B if you find yourself in the area.”
