The property was absolutely beautiful and exactly what my family and I were looking for to celebrate New Years! Highly recommend if you are looking for a serene and peaceful get away. We will absolutely be coming back!!

Gorgeous house and gorgeous views

The house was perfect for our stay, the rooms were impeccable and cute. Within driving distance to some great hikes. Jamie was very responsive flexible and kind. Highly recommend.

Comfortable and well appointed home

We booked last minute and were very happy with the home. Our 3 sons had their own rooms, plus we took advantage of the fireplace with cooler temps at night even though it was Aug.

Girls biking

Six women stayed here to cycle the Blue Ridge Parkway and surrounds. Waller Lodge could not have been more perfect. Beautifully redone, clean, great layout, good sleeping spaces and a porch with a view to die for. This will be an annual visit. Thank you Jamie!

Wedding stay

We were only in Wintergreen for the weekend for my nephews wedding, wish we had more time to enjoy the mountain! The house was very cute and perfect for my family of 5. The house was very clean and the view was breathtaking! The house had everything we needed and the host was quick to respond to all of my questions. We would definitely stay here again!

Conveniently located on Wintergreen resort, minutes away from the convenience store and easy drive to all the main local points of interest. The house was clean and comfortable and the views outside were simply spectacular. house

Absolutely Amazing!

I wanted to give my sister a fun relaxing 40th birthday with her friends and that is exactly what she got. This property was not only loved by me but everyone that stayed here! Would absolutely book again! The view was AMAZING!! Thank you for our stay!!

This was our first experience in doing rental property. We were very very pleased with the accommodations and space we had. We were in Wintergreen area, about an hour from Lynchburgh and Liberty University where my granddaughter graduated with her Bachelor's Degree. We decided on rental and took a couple of side trips to D.C. and the surrounding area. We stayed at the Waller Lodge (absolutely adorable & spacious) and Jamie was so very kind and helpful and answered any questions quickly and completely. If we go back to Va. we will do rental again. Everyone loved waking up and sitting on the patio drinking coffee and seeing the sunrise and the mountains and hiking in the afternoon or evening. So very,very pleased and enjoyed this trip tremendously. The Urias and Peacock Family

Perfect Wintergeen restreat

The view from the house is special - we loved hearing the sounds of crickets and birds in the evenings and watching sunrise. The house was comfortable and practical - appreciated having lots of hooks to hang towels and bags, The kids room with 4 beds and a sofa was perfect for our gang. We had a great stay. And owner was very responsive and easy to work with.

Wonderful House!

We had a great time at this house! The house was very clean and the kitchen was well stocked with pans, utensils, etc. so that we could cook dinner there both nights. The view is absolutely beautiful. It was perfect for 2 families and the kids loved the bunk room! Jamie was great to work with and was quick to respond to my messages. It is conveniently located by the ski slopes so it was easy for us to ski for the day. We are already discussing staying here again next year!

Welcoming, informative host. Cozy cabin with an exceptional view! Downstairs vs. upstairs temperature differences were a little more extreme than would be ideal. Without a fire to help warm the downstairs, a 72 degree thermostat would get the upstairs to around 86. Telescope was broken and did not work. Bunk room was quite drafty in windy weather. Appliances are nice and updated. Well supplied with firewood which was much appreciated during our subzero weekend!

Family trip

The home is in a good location, has a well-stocked kitchen full of pots,pans, spice and things you might have forgotten not to mention plenty of linens and a cliset full of family games and puzzles and stacks of firewood waiting for your visit. Everyone had a great time and the bunkroim was a huge hit with the grandkids! I can't say enough about how refeeahing the communication was with the owner, always quick to respond and accommodating. The family is definitely looking forward to our next trip. Thank you for sharing your little piece of heavne on earth with us.
