The property was pretty, inside was fairly clean.
But the ad says hottub so most people would assume (even thou the ad states there’s a family up stairs) to most a hottub stated in the ad would mean we get to use the hottub but no this was not the case, the teenagers were in it on our last eve, sat, we send owner a message ( he lives up stairs) he must have read what I wrote to his son( which was in hottub, with his girlfriend) because he son STOMPED across above us then stomped down the stairs very loudly saying “ this is a shared hottub, we are a family and silly things like that but his tone was definitely anger, he made it a very uncomfortable situation, owner did refund 50 but that’s nothing compared to our ruined and uncomfortable last evening there, quite a shame because the owner does seem nice, he needs to put in ad shared hottub, cause we wouldn’t have even stayed there but Nelson itself is a piece of heaven, just sucks our experience at the end was made uncomfortable and wanting to leave and get out of there without seeing or even hearing more rudeness from the son
