• All utilities, linens & towels, use of property amenities including gas BBQ, Freeview, WiFi, pantry & sanitary basics, departure linen service & standard housekeeping up to 3 hours will be included in your booking.

• Extra charges will apply where additional cleaning, BBQ or oven cleaning or excessive rubbish disposal is required.

• Pets - Please contact us with details of your pet so this can be discussed. We just seek an assurance that your pet is house trained, that you'll provide appropriate supervision and ensure any issues are covered. We'll send you terms and a pet fee will apply.



• Personal home - This is a personal home made available to guests on an occasional basis. This allows you access to a superb & well-equipped home with the trade-off that storage may be required for owner belongings.

Early check-in (12pm/noon and in some cases earlier) can usually be offered for an additional charge. Please request this at the time of booking or at least 24 hours prior to your arrival.
