• This home is not suitable for young children. Please be aware that the home is located on the second level of the property & is accessed via stairs.

• The owner's boat (not available to guests) occupies the carport area & the garage is reserved for owner storage. The laundry is located in the carport.

• A single off-street carpark is available for guests. The carpark is parallel to the house & directly in front of the car-port & garage door.



⭐️ Check-in is possible anytime after 2pm.

Early check-in (12pm/noon and in some cases earlier) can usually be offered for an additional charge. Please request this at the time of booking or at least 24 hours prior to your arrival.
