On the lower ground floor, you will find 1 bedroom featuring a sofabed measuring 140 cm in width and 200 cm in length, along with a shower and WC. This level also benefits from a direct exit to the garden, offering a private and peaceful outdoor connection. Moving up to the upper floor, the living and dining area takes centre stage, complete with a Scandinavian wood stove and access to a north-facing balcony. Also on this floor is a dedicated office space and 1 bedroom furnished with a double bed measuring 160 cm in width and 200 cm in length.
