An office space is also available on this level, offering a quiet area for those who need it. The first bedroom on this floor is equipped with a French bed measuring 160 cm by 200 cm and opens onto a private terrace. The open-plan kitchen is fully fitted and connects seamlessly to the dining area, with its own exit to the terrace as well. A shower room with WC completes this floor. On the lower ground floor, you will find a bedroom furnished with a sofabed measuring 140 cm by 200 cm, along with a private exit to the terrace and a dedicated shower room with WC. The upper floor hosts 2 additional bedrooms: one featuring a French bed measuring 180 cm by 200 cm, and another configured with 2 single beds each measuring 90 cm by 200 cm.
