Hotell nära Neptune's Park

“I stayed for one day which happened to be my birthday. I was able to checkin early which was a big help. I was gifted with a Happy Birthday sign and a Sparkling Cider Bottle to celebrate my day. For a Hotel is pretty good. All the staff was pleasant and helpful with finding places to eat and places to shop. I had stayed here before years ago under different management. And even they were amazing. I got the Standard Suite, with a King Size bed, a sofa in another room, fridge and microwave. Table...

“Was upgraded to the best suite and the staff catered to us repeatedly. They were so friendly and”

“Overall experience was great. It took a very long time to check in even with placing prior arrangements. Prices for water, snacks was outrageous! Went to the lounge there at the resort and paid 43.00 for 2 adult beverages, that is just rediculous. Putting a hold of 150.00 per night on a credit card for "incidentals" wow!! I understand its a resort but it was halloween not the 4th of july.”

Using the restroom upon arrival it was clogged and and took forever to refill. The shower when turned on rattled very loudly. The room had a microwave that didnt work and there was a odd smell. Could use an upgrade.”

“Our hotel room was perfect, and we loved hearing the oceans waves.”

“Great ocean front location! Staff were very friendly and helpful. Large breakfast buffet included was a bonus. They should include parking in the nightly rate though instead of charging $20 extra per night.”

“The view is amazing!!The room was clean and the staff was very friendly and welcoming. We Highly recommend this place”

“Having a king size bed that felt like a queen was a bit weird considering i have a king bed, the bathroom sink being in the actual room and not the bathroom was a first very interesting, i did not get a beach view which felt like false advertisement and why i booked originally but thats on me for not looking it over i guess so make sure you do your research before just seeing the advertisement! Other than that the beach was very close and walking distance it was pretty nice! The hotel itself was...

“Room was great, view amazing. Parking a challenge as big pick up trucks Stick out and Almost impossible to pass them on corners. Breakfast okay but not what I've become accustomed to at other hotels. Pillows great mattress uncomfortable”
