House very well decorated, making every corner of the house special, whether it is reading a good book in the reading corner, cooling off in its magnificent private pool or resting on its spectacular terrace next to the pool, ideal for both families and with friends.

The house is distributed over three floors.

The house is accessed through the middle floor, where the living room, kitchen, toilet, reading corner and a large balcony are located. From that floor, we can access both the upper floor and the lower floor through stairs; On the upper floor we find two of the bedrooms and two bathrooms. Already on the ground floor are the other two bedrooms, a bathroom and the fantastic access to the porch and the spectacular terrace with a private pool.

To consider:
-There is no parking.
-The fireplace is decorative, not suitable for use.
-Please note that construction work is in progress right next to the house.
