Fantastisk utsikt!
Mysig lägenhet med en härlig utsikt mot havet! Smidig in och utcheckning. Väldigt bra komfort på sängen och välutrustad lägenhet. Ett extra stort plus för den svalkande ute duschen och grillen på terassen. Trevligt och bra bemötande både från städpersonal och värden Britta😊

Fantastischer Blick aufs Meer
Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Die Wohnung ist sehr nett eingerichtet und in der Küche haben wir nichts vermisst. Der Höhepunkt ist die große Terrasse, die man von mehreren Räumen aus betreten kann und die über einen tollen Meerblick verfügt. Die Wohnung ist nur über Treppen erreichbar und es empfiehlt sich ein Auto zu mieten. Parkplätze waren kein Problem. Die Vermieterin gab uns viele nützliche Tipps für unseren Aufenthalt und war auch sonst erreichbar und sehr freundlich. Wir können das Apartment wärmstens weiterempfehlen.

Super Aufenthalt!!!
Wir hatten 4 wunderbare Tage in der Ferienwohnung. Sie ist mit allem was man benötigt ausgestattet. Evtl. sollte man an Spülmaschinentabs denken, wobei wir unser Paket dagelassen haben, vll. können da noch einige Nachmieter davon profitieren ;-) Die Unterkunft verfügt über 4 Klimaanlagen, sodass man überall eine angenehme Temperatur herstellen kann. Die Aussicht ist wirklich fantastisch. WLAN vorhanden und sehr stabil. Wir hatten einen Leihwagen, es war aber nie ein Problem einen Parkplatz zu finden. Der Pool liegt, falls ihn jemand sucht wie wir, auf der gegenüberliegenden Straßenseite unterhalb der Häuser. Eingang ist über eine Treppe gegenüber der Mülltonnenboxen.

Fantastic
House with magnificent views of the sea, well equipped, large and beautiful terrace. It has two double rooms and two complete bathrooms. It is a bit far from the center of Nerja, where you have to go by car, but it is a very quiet area to sleep. the community pool is big and fantastic

Die Matratzen Haben Ihnen vielleicht nicht gefallen, aber durchgelegen sind sie garantiert nicht. Wir haben erst im Oktober 2022 neue hochwertige Matratzen gekauft.

Great location in Nerja
There are 4 restaurants and a British ex-pat pub all in walking distance. Don't let the hills scare you. A pleasant 1.5 km walk along the beach gets you to Nerja. Go a little further to Playa de Burriana and Ayo for Paella and grilled sardines.

Pretty little place just north of Nerja
We enjoyed our stay. Definitely needed a car but we enjoyed being a little bit away from town. We didn’t mind the stairs even though we are all in our 70’s! All the nearby restaurants were very good and there was bus line close by. Easy checkin instructions, beds were comfortable and would recommend.

Excellent
This was a gorgeous location! The view cannot be beat. You definitely need a car if you’re going to stay here, which we had and I knew already based on previous reviews. One thing that I somehow missed was that there are a lot of stairs to get up to the apartment. Not a dealbreaker but I might’ve thought twice about booking it only because we are both older with bad knees. The place is a perfect spot to get away from the more touristy areas and it was comfortable and nice!

Prachtig appartement met een geweldig mooi uitzicht over de zee. Wel veel trappen lopen.
Het appartement is van alle gemakken voorzien. Het enige minpunt aan het verblijf was het sterk verouderde bed met een heel slecht matras, het deed zeer bij het liggen.

Lovely apartment with great view
The apartment was a really lovely place to stay. The terrace was so nice for sitting out and sunbathing, we used to bbq one night as well which was a lovely thing to have. The pool area was lovely and well maintained and always pretty quiet, it was great as well that there were clean toilets right next to the pool area so you didn’t have to go back to the apartment. The only downside was that we didn’t have a car, which we had planned on renting but for various reasons we didn’t, and it was really tricky getting around. We managed to get the bus from the bottom of the hill into Nerja few times, which was handy but it was often quite late and didn’t run very regularly. Taxis from Nerja were also often tricky to find. There is a little minimart in the hotel down the road but the walk is a slog and it has very little in it, really you need to access the supermarkets in Nerja for anything decent. There is a lovely restaurant at the bottom of the hill, the Mirador, which we would really recommend. Also, it is very very hilly - we are young and in decent shape and it was tough getting up and down the hill, which is something to be aware of. Britta was so helpful and flexible with checking in and out. If we had had a car it would have been perfect, and it was our fault that we didn’t, and would recommend it as a place to stay if you rent a car.

Relaxing stay with a beautiful view
A spacious and well furnished apartment which provided the relaxation and comfort we needed. The communication with Britte was very reassuring making the check in smooth and straightforward. The Urbanisation is just away from the main road so it is quiet; the apartments and gardens are well established and very pretty. The kitchen was well set up to cater there if desired. We ate at The Garden in Frigiliana and at the bottom of the hill El Mirador del Guiche which both provided wholesome and tasty local fare. The shared pool area with independent toilets are clean and well maintained. We hope to return.

Schöne große Wohnung mit interessantem Zuschnitt, Zugang allerdings nur über 45 Stufen. Einzigartiger Blick von der Terrasse auf das Meer. Sehr nette Kommunikation mit der Inhaberin. Gerne wieder.

Tolle Ferienwohnung, sehr zu empfehlen!
Die Wohnung ist super geschmackvoll und gemütlich eingerichtet, es ist alles vorhanden, fehlt an nichts. Das Highlight ist die große Terrasse mit Meerblick, auf der man sich sonnen kann. Der Kontakt zur Vermieterin war unkompliziert und freundlich. Was man wissen sollte - der Aufgang zur Wohnung ist nicht behindertengerecht, für Menschen mit eingeschränkter Gehfähigkeit eventuell nicht so geeignet.

Tolle Wohnung mit sehr guter Ausstattung
Wir bedanken uns für eine sehr schöne Zeit in Nerja! Die Wohnung ist top und die Ausstattung super. Ob Frühstück auf der riesigen Terrasse oder eine Kunststoff-Dose um etwas einzupacken. Hier bleiben keine Wünsche offen. Beide Bäder sind toll ausgestattet und sauber. Es gab auch ausreichend Handtücher. Bei Problemen war die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin perfekt. Gerne wieder :-)

Ein Urlaub zum Genießen
Die schöne, große und saubere Wohnung hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Sie ist sehr gut ausgestattet, besonders die Küche. Es ist absolut alles da, was man auch zu Hause hat. Die ganze Anlage ist sehr schön ruhig und gepflegt. Zum wohlfühlen trägt auch die große Terrasse mit dem grandiosen Ausblick aufs Meer bei. Strand und Restaurant zu Fuß erreichbar, Nerja Stadt und Supermarkt kurz mit dem Auto. Es war ein toller Urlaub! Sehr empfehlenswert. Ingrid.D. August 2019

Fabulous apartment great location. The apartment is in the sun all day and night.
This apartment is perfect if you don’t want to be in the busy hub of Nerja. It’s just a short walk into town along the beach. The pool is a great size and lovely setting. The terrace was brilliant and perfect views. We didn’t mind the climb back up the hill. Great restaurant half way along the beach not expensive and authentic food, tables on grass so not fancy but lovely setting. It was our first time to Nerja and we’re so glad we chose this apartment

Spent ten nights at this apartment. It was clean, well equipped with good outside space and lovely views. Unfortunately after a couple of days we realised the fridge was not working properly. When we contacted the owner she said she lived in Germany and there was nothing she could do, but if it broke down totally she would get the cleaner to check it out. I then advised her that it was running at 14 degrees. She replied and said she would get the gardner to come round. Eventually they came and replaced the fridge but this was the day before we were going home. It was very inconvenient and not the quick response I would expect. Before booking the property I asked if it was very hilly and if there was a supermarket close by just for essentials as we were not hiring a car. We were advised that it was a small hill and there was a small supermarket 800m away, this is not the case. Yes there is a supermarket but it is a lot more that 800m, which is fine but you then have to try and get up a very steep hill, this we only attempted once as it nearly killed us. After that we had to get taxis back just so we didn't have to walk up the hill (Please note I am not elderly). The Bus stop is at the bottom of the hill and runs every half hour and only one euro, so we got the bus in and taxi back which cost about eight euros. There are a couple of restaurants within 10 min walking and a couple of bars on the next urbanization but apart from that you really need to go into Nerja where you have everything you could want. As stated the apartment is very nice, in a very quiet location but if we were given correct information with regards to location then we would not of booked this property. If you are going to stay at this apartment then a car is a necessity.

Excellent apartment
This is a fantastic apartment with a view from the balcony to match.Large bedrooms and bathrooms with plenty of space inside and outside, it has everything that you need for a great stay. Really good pool and gardens which are very quiet and some days you get the pool to yourselves. We got the bus into Nerja from the bottom of the hill at 1 euro each then a taxi back. This is our second stay so we do love it.

Great accommodation with a fabulous view
We had a great holiday at this apartment. It is reached by a quite a number of steps which helped us to work off the tapas we ate in Nerja. The apartment is well-furnished and equipped with everything you would need and very clean. We enjoyed spending time and eating out on the large balcony; we had the sun from 10 am until 9 pm. I had to contact the owner as we were unable to access wifi and she sorted this out very quickly. An information pack would have been helpful, with information about the area, a map, recommended restaurants etc. We used the communal pool which was well-maintained and clean. We had a car so drove to some of the nearby beaches and would recommend a visit to Frigliana and the caves. We also did the Rio Chillar walk; would definitely advise wearing thicker soled trainers rather than flip-flops or beach shoes. At night we used the local bus to get into the town and got a taxi for the return journey. We would thoroughly recommend staying here.

Absolutly wonderfull. Everything you need in the apartment and all is welkept. Very helpfull host.
Never been in the area but defenetly coming back! Helpful and friendly host Britta, if anything is needed. The apartment is very well equit as it has everything you need in the kitchen to make your homecooking easy. And naturally the amazing terrace with the view! The area is very well kept by a friendly and helpful staff. Hope you let them know they are doing a great job. Have travelled and seen quite a lot all over the world, and I can higly recommend this area (and Nerja) for a great quit but still near town holiday. Britta is a great host - everything was easy.

Super Sonnen Terrasse, gute Gesamtaustattung
Sehr gut ausgestattete Küche mit allen notwendigen Geräten. Ideal für 4 Personen wegen den 2 Bädern. Heizung für kalte Tage bzw. Nächte auch vorhanden und kann pro Raum geschaltet werden. Leider nur wenige Handtücher vorhanden. Auch Sauberkeit der Bettwäsche war verbesserungswürdig. Aufgrund der vorhandenen Waschmaschine aber kein größeres Problem. Parkplätze etwas weiter weg, auch nur 1 Restaurant fußläufig erreichbar. Stadtmitte ca 3 km entfernt.

Vielen Dank für die Bewertung. Ich habe sofort meine Reinigungskraft verständigt, unsaubere Bettwäsche darf es nicht geben, Handtücher werden in Zukunft auch mehrere zur Verfügung gestellt. Aber es sind trotzdem 3 Restaurants fußläufig erreichbar. Eines am Kreisverkehr von Ladera und die 2 Anderen am Kreisverkehr von Tropicana (Hotel Avalon und Paraiso del mar). Man muß nur auf der anderen Seite (links) den Berg herunter gehen.

Sehr schöne, grosse Terasse mit Blick auf Meer und Sternenhimmel
Die Wohnung befindet sich fußläufig zu einem langen Strand und einigen Strandrestaurants. Gleichzeitig ist man in 5 Minuten in Nerja Stadt und Supermarkt oder in 50 Minuten in Malaga. Alles sehr empfehlenswert!
