Excellent location. Nice terrass and pool area. 7 good sized bedrooms. Kitchen utensils could be upgraded (at least kitchen knives). Oven a bit too slow. Can really recommend this house.

Familjesemester i Nerja
Huset passar väldigt bra för många och för flera generationer, då det finns gott om utrymme, vi var 7 vuxna och 5 barn mellan 3 och 8 år. Läget är fantastiskt, lugnt och ändå gångavstånd till det mesta. Det som uppskattades mest av barnen var den stora, fina poolen i trädgården. Villan är något sliten, och vissa saker skulle behöva förnyas, ex utrustning i köket. Det fanns fullt med knivar, men alla oslipade, en mycket dålig skalare till grönsaker, långsam uppvärmning av ugn och plattor, vilket gav upphov till frustration hos oss, som gärna ville laga många måltider och äta tillsammans i villan. Nätterna var kallare i oktober och det fanns inga filtar/ täcken, vilket dock åtgärdades av ägaren efter förfrågan. Trots lite skavanker kan vi rekommendera detta hus för många personer i alla åldrar!

Rymligt hus med väl fungerande AC och Wi Fi . Härlig pool som kändes mycket fräsch . Terrassen var nog det bästa med hela huset , stor och behagligt läge i skuggan. Saknade info om ex sopsortering och var soporna skulle slängas samt tydlig info om hur ugn och spis fungerade. Detta löste sig dock. Promenadavstånd till stranden och balkong Europa samt välsorterad affär. Kan rekomendera detta hus om ni är flera som bo tillsammans. Det var två kök i huset och detta är mycket bra om två eller fler familjer vill bo här.

Really nice!
We had a great stay i Nerja. The house had plenty of room for three families with three kids each. We spent most of our time on the great balcony overlooking the pool area and the kids playing. Since we stayed for three weeks we had plenty of use of laundry machine, dishwasher etc. and it all worked fine. During our long stay of course there was some issues, like a slow shower drain and a broken lightbulb over the balcony, but the local contact was really easy to get a hold of, and they showed up the same or the next day taking care of it. Well equipped kitchen. Air condition upstairs worked perfect. The temperature downstairs was ok anyway with the help of some fans (no AC there). Wi-Fi worked just fine upstairs, the basement was mostly out of range. Everything was not brand new, and thus there is some normal wear to furnitures etc, but nothing that bothered us in anyway. Overall a really nice villa located in a nice area. There are a lot of nice restaurants in the area if you want to eat fancy, but do not underestimate the really close by Pizzeria Jimenez on Calle de Pescia, they have great pizza and home delivery :-) The nice Burriana beach is a 5-10 min walk away, and if you dont want to go o any of the biggest supermarkets by car there is a perfectly good one, Iranzo, just five minutes walk from the house.

Lovely large villa, pool and grounds for our 3-generation family holiday
The villa with large lounges, covered verandah with tables to seat 14 was easily large enough to enjoyably accommodate 12 of us, two grandparents, three children and their partners and four grandchildren aged 2-11. Pool with steps in was great (though not as warm as hoped, but this was because of being late October and not our best Nerja weather week). We ALL agreed we would be happy to stay here again.

Family holiday
Good location although there is a steep climb back from tje beaches, we was on a family holiday and the villa did its job, we had excellent contact with the owners with supper quick reply with a couple of issues that we had, the pool definitely made the holiday for the grandchildren, would definitely stay again.

Nerja villa
We stayed for a week from 8-15 July23. We are just home and wanted to leave a review of the villa we stayed at. We only needed it for 10 guests however could easily have slept 14 adults. A very spacious villa with 3 bathrooms 7 bedrooms 2 kitchens 2 living rooms/dining a large garage with a washing machine and a tumble dryer. Large outside area with a great sized pool, dining table for up to 14 and ample loungers. All in all a fabulous space to stay and only about 15 mins walk to the Balkan area. Great wee cafes and pubs nearby. We would highly recommend this villa as we felt very safe. We had speedy responses from the owners when we needed to ask anything and that helped us lots. 5 stars!!!

Lovely villa in excellent location
The villa is perfect for a large group and is extremely well furnished with an excellent pool. A very short walk to both the local supermarkets and the restaurants in Nerja and also only a short walk to the beach

Great holiday
We had a fantastic time the Villa was brilliant and everyone had such a great holiday that nobody wanted to go home. The Villa had everything that you would need and the pool was so good we had to force the children out of it every day.

Such an amazing stay
Had an amazing stay (9x adults and 2x infants) a decade after our first stay. The property is in a fantastic location and close to both Balcon as well as Burriana. The property has everything you could ask for and the hosts were really helpful. Will absolutely be looking to stay again (hopefully sooner than another decade) Fantastic Stay

Good villa, location ok, few aspects lacking
Nice villa, lovely pool and outdoor space. A few things bothered me which could easily be rectified. There were no tea towels in the kitchen or oven gloves? No washing up liquid, kitchen roll. One toilet roll in each bathroom. No soap in the bathrooms. I am aware we were self catering but in very many other places I’ve stayed these things were there especially essentials like oven gloves. A nice touch would have been a bottle of water in the fridge, many places do that also and is very welcome.

Beautiful Villa
The villa is very spacious and has all the amenities and equipment you would expect. The swimming pool was a massive hit with my Grandchildren. The location is perfect for both the beach and the town centre. I’ll definitely be back

Casa grande y lujosa la cual no ha sido manejada de la misma manera por los que la gestionan. Primero de todo, la casa no contaba con cosas mínimas como trapos de limpieza, estropajos etc que dado el precio de la semana, creo que no hubiese costado añadir este tipo de detalles que no cuestan nada. El segundo día vinieron a arreglar el aire acondicionado pero nadie nos avisó no que estaba estropeado ni que iba a venir alguien con lo cual no estuvimos seguros de que fuese así. Por otro lado, les escribimos para comentarles que la lavadora no funcionaba y que si iban a arreglarla con ninguna respuesta de su parte. Esto, dado las 10 personas que estábamos durante toda la semana si originó problemas obvios en cuanto a ropa sucia. Por último, les pedimos si de alguna manera podíamos dejar la casa a las 11 en vez de las 10 para poder recoger todas las cosas que teníamos y se negaron en rotundo. Lo dicho, una casa genial con una gestión pésima

Large villa and pool in a pleasant residential street about 10 - 15 steep walk to the beach.
Spacious villa arranged as two flats with an internal stone flight of steps connecting them. Upstairs has 3 bedrooms, 2 shower rooms, lounge and kitchen. Downstairs has 4 bedrooms, but only one shower room, lounge and kitchen. No bath for younger children. Neither lounge has enough comfy seating for more than 7/8 which could present a problem for large groups off season. There is a very long, narrow covered terrace on the upper floor for outside eating (the indoor dining table only seats 6/8), but it is inadequately lit at night (not helped by one of the lights not working and not attended to during our stay). Secure parking for several cars was a bonus. Nice garden and loungers for 8 people. Pool clean and a good size. Nerja itself is very pleasant with nice beaches and interesting old town. Caves just outside the town well worth a visit.

Stille område, med fin beliggenhet og kort vei ned til sentrum. Fine utearealer som ligger skjermet mot gate og naboer. Fint basseng. Huset bærer preg av slitasje. Serviset på kjøkken er svært slitt, og så godt som alle tallerkner og krus har blystriper. Kasserollene er tynne og lite egnet til å lage mat i. Alle stekepanner (non-stick), er ødelagte fordi det ikke finnes kjøkkenredskaper i plast/tre. Kjøleskapet mangler flere hyller. Sofa i stuen er ødelagt, kan kun brukes av barn. Flere av stolene ute på terrassen var svært slitte. Flottøren på begge toaletter i 1.etg er gått i stykker, ser skittene ut og må trykkes ekstra på for at vannet skal slutte å renne/sisterne fylt. Rommene i underetg. har tett luft, og bærer preg av tidligere lekkasje. Bad nede er nyoppusset, men dessverre renner alt vann ut på gulvet. Ingen hyller å sette fra seg ting på. Alt i alt; et supert hus å bo i om du skall spise alle måltider ute.

We have a wonderful week with our family! Nice house and garden, the pool is big and clean and suits adults and children. Quiet neighborhood. Near Nerja town and the Burriana Beach, you walk in 10 minutes to both. We want to come back next year!

Fantastic house, perfect a group holiday
The house was really well located for short walks to Nerja town, supermarkets and the beaches. Great sized pool. A perfect house for large groups, very spacious and good amenities. We had a fantastic time and already planning our return.

Perfect paradise escape!
Initially when I booked my stay from the internet I was already excited from the pictures. I can guarantee that once you'll get there you'll be extremely positively amazed. The villa is situated in a very nice and quiet part of Nerja, but only minutes away by foot from the city centre and the beach. Easy to get from the airport by car and full of services around the area (like bars, restaurants and small supermarkets). The house is very well furnished, and has every type of commodity you would expect from your own house. We found our house very clean on our arrival. The pool was maybe one of my favourite parts. Always clean, perfectly positioned in an open spot away from shadows and other houses. Sun all day around. Tanning beds are provided, as well as umbrellas. If you're looking for a nice relaxing holiday it will be your perfect to-go place, but it will also be the perfect place to enjoy a few good days in company with family and friends. The whole experience was amazing! Can't wait to book the next stay!

Veldig fornøyd
Huset var helt perfekt til vårt formål, tre generasjoner på familieferie. Veldig rent og god plass. Kjøkkenet kunne vært bedre utstyrt men fungerte greit. Uteområdet var veldig bra,særlig siden området var inngjerdet og de små kunne løpe fritt. Flott basseng. Flott beliggenhet, særlig i forhold til strand.

Fabulous.
Nerja is our second home we love it, plenty to do for everyone. However it’s nit a resort fir teeenagers! The villa was fabulous well kitted out kitchen. It’s big enough to house 14 people!! The pool and garden area is great and spotless. Bbq is well big enough to cook for everyone. We had a few minor issues but when we contacted the owner direct he was extremely helpful and was able to get things sorted right away. Internet was good in mist areas of the house, odd issue in down stairs bedroom at the back off the house. Tv reception was very good Plenty of on sight parking. The only negative was that being a winter holiday, it was cold down stairs in the bedrooms as no heating. We would return to the house again if we has a family holiday

Fabulous accommodation, ideal for big families!!
We had an amazing holiday weather in February was also amazing. The villa is ideal for big families and plenty of space. Kitchen is well fitted out with plenty of equipment. WiFi conection was also great, tv also fab. The log fire was great if an evening. We would return to this villa at any time. We have already recommended friends to come out later this year!! Only negative was in winter no heating down stairs. The owner Eoman was brilliant and extremely helpful when we contacted him. Thank you so much Eamon you have a brilliant home xx

Superb villa with pool in spacious grounds
We had a delightful stay ! It is a large well-furnished villa with a wonderful terrace to have your breakfast and soak up the sun. Plenty of sunloungers in the garden surround the inviting pool. It’s situated near Burriana Beach (walking distance) and also near the town, yet is in a quiet area. The off-street parking is a real advantage. I loved our stay and have already booked for next year!

Disappointing
We stayed in the villa during September 2018 On the positive side, the villa is a fine size with large bedrooms, great pool and a great location. However on the negative side, Gas BBQ The gas BBQ was in terrible condition. There was no grill, the grease drip tray had disintegrated and collapsed on to the burners, the knobs were not on the BBQ, and when I put them on they just turned 360’ as the spindle holes were totally rounded out. When I brought the missing grill to the owner’s attention, he said he would get the property manager to sort it and when I chased an update 2 days later, his comment was ‘as I didn’t hear from you again, I assumed all was in order’! But the action was with the owner to sort, not me!! He then said a new BBQ would be ordered and delivered before we left, but we never saw the property manager or the new BBQ. Living Area The suite of furniture in the living area is an absolute disgrace - it is dirty, smelly, threadbare in places and the springs are gone and as such is not comfortable to sit on. It is totally unsuitable for a rental villa. Upstairs Kitchen The freezer door does not close properly. The fridge is old, and this shows. It stopped working on Thursday, I reported this immediately, and the owner said he would send an engineer to sort the issue – we never saw the engineer before we left so we had no use of the upstairs fridge for 2 days of the holiday Central Bathroom Upstairs The curved shower doors did not close together, but left a 1” gap, so when the shower was used the water flooded out. Because of this the silicon sealant has turned black at the bottom of the shower. This looks absolutely disgusting and filthy. Furnishings in General All furnishings look tired and worn. Property badly needs updating. There were many other issues noted during our stay that we communicated to the owner, we also supplied photographs of everything for him to review. The villa is advertised as a high-end villa with the feel of a Boutique Hotel. Unfortunately, the description does not match the reality and I think any customer expecting a 'boutique styled villa' will be disappointed..

We. a group of 14, stayed in September. On the positive side, great size villa, great location and great pool. On the negative side, we had quite a few issues. The BBQ was in terrible condition, and couldn't be used during our stay. The suite of furniture in the main living room was dirty, threadbare and the springs were gone. It was very uncomfortable to sit on and totally unsuitable for a high end rental villa. The shower door in one of the upstairs bathrooms did not shut tight and water leaked out leaving a black mould effect along the bottom of the doors. The fridge stopped working two days before our holiday ended and was not fixed. The oven in the main kitchen didn't work. There is no A/C downstairs and it gets very hot and stuffy There were lots of other smaller complaints where the villa needed to be updated. .We contacted the owner on several occasions and were promised that someone would come out to resolve the main issues but nobody ever turned up. Overall the villa is tired and in need of some serious refurbishment. Anyone who is looking for a villa styled as a 'boutique hotel' will be disappointed, as we were. The description of the villa does not match the reality. We took lots of photos of the issues and shared them with the owner and his response was unsatisfactory to say the least. It is such a shame as the villa has the potential for a perfect holiday.

A lovely large villa with plenty of space inside and outside. Off street parking, gardens and a pool. Located in a nice residential area close to both the beach and town. Some fantastic local bars and restaurants in this part of town.

Amazing Villa, Location & Pool
Beautiful villa, only a 10 minute walk into lovely Nerja town with amazing restaurants! We all had such a good week & want to come back. The highlight of the villa is the big warm pool that has a diving deep end too. My only negative comment is that all the bedrooms should have air conditioning... the weather was roasting while we were there & the bedrooms without air conditioning were just too hot. Other than that it was just perfect!

Great Location , Great Pool, Tired Amenities.
This is a property that has some terrific assets ( Location, pool, grounds) but is need of an upgrade in terms of living room furniture, kitchen amenities and outdoor furniture. I think a potential renter who is seeking more for his guests might be slightly disappointed. The owner was very good in terms of communication and we noted that the property was for sale.

Many thanks for your review and I will take on board your comments. However my villa is NOT for sale. It is one of the best in Nerja and I am constantly harassed by local estate agents who claim to have clients who want to buy it. They often copy the pictures and description from this website and make up an advert for themselves. MY VILLA IS NOT FOR SALE.

Large villa with lots of room and a really good size pool, in a great location.
We were a family of 14, with ages ranging from 2 to 72. The villa was ideal for our large family, with lots of space and a lovely large pool and garden area. We had a couple of very minor maintenance issues whilst at the villa and these were sorted out immediately. I would highly recommend the villa and the area.

Great Location but Villa is Tired
Firstly the villa is a perfect size of property for a large family group. Its location is good being an easy walk down into Nerja and plenty of nearby shops. The pool is perfect for a large group and the upper floor is spacious. The barbecue was good and there was a spare bottle for when it ran out. Also it was easy to contact the owner about any problems. On the down side the poolside sun beds and broken chairs etc are needing replaced. The air conditioning only covers the upper floor and one of the units made such a screeching noise it had to be shut down overnight which was defeating its purpose. A plumber called and said the unit was basically old and knackered. Sorry to focus on the negative at the end but the property is in need of serious refurbishment. That said we had a great time and if the property was upgraded we would love to go back.
