Nice Place, Great Location and Host
We very much liked this townhouse. It was in a great central location with a parking available in front which is very difficult to find now due to a great increase in tourists in Nerja in the winter months since the last time we were here. The kitchen and dining area was well stocked with everything we needed to cook and entertain friends. The master bedroom bed was very comfortable and we really liked the patio area off the kitchen as well as the washroom with shower there. We had an issue with the gas hot water heater initially but this was quickly resolved by our host, Pilar, who had it replaced with an electric water heater with a tank. Pilar was very congenial and helpful with everything and we were overall very pleased with her and this property that we stayed in for 5 weeks. Thank you Pilar for being such a great host.

Bad property preparation for gas hot water, smells and Electricity cutouts
Within the first 10 days we had to remain in the property 4 days to assist owner and tradesmen to try to repair smells, hot water not working and electricity cutouts which should have been done before our arrival. Even after the repairs, the hot water was very difficult to balance between heat and water pressure. Additionally, we found the lounge stunk of an unknown source, cleaning did not eradicate the smell and deodorizing was repeatedly done with little effect. We asked the owner for some sort of compensation for this issues and was told that she would fix anything but no discount or refund of the rent. In our opinion the house is not suitable for long term winter rental as it has no direct sunlight and is generally cold.

Central accommodation
Spacious accommodation in nice house. Plenty of good quality bedding and towels. Well equipped kitchen . Very clean throughout. Pilar is an excellent host and very pleasant. Enjoyed our holiday in Nerja.

Estupenda estancia
La estancia ha sido fantástica, buena ubicación, cerca de todo, comercio, restaurantes, ocio, playa... Pilar muy amable, la casa muy confortable, con todas las comodidades, cocina con todo el menaje, lavadora, microondas, horno,lavavajillas.Tiene un patio delantero en el que se puede meter el coche, cosa de agradecer puesto que es complicado aparcar, patio trasero en el que se puede tender la ropa y tiene una barbacoa y mesa con sillas. Si volvemos a Nerja repetiremos.

Un apartamento completo, muy cerca de la playa y de la zona centro y ocio, con todo lo necesario para pasar las vacaciones. Muy limpio y cocina con mucho menaje. La propietaria Pilar muy atenta. Sin duda lo recomendamos y repetiremos en las próximas vacaciones.

Très pratique et tout se fait à pieds !
La propriété est au centre, accessible à pied à la plage et au centre ville. Impossible de se garer devant la maison car voiture garé juste en face. Parking à proximité gratuit mais souvent complet. La propriétaire est sympathique mais ne parle pas français. Maison conforme à l annonce, propre et fonctionnel. Terrasse à l arrière au calme ombragée mais sans vue. Le quartier est tranquille et agréable car on peut tout faire à pieds.

Alojamiento excelente
Somos una familia grande. Viajamos con 4 niños y la casa es muy espaciosa. Su ubicación es perfecta: cerca de la playa, del centro, supermercados, farmacia, bares y restaurantes... La casa tiene de todo, incluso detalles como por ejemplo una sombrilla y no hemos tenido que comprarla. Se nota que está muy cuidada y es muy bonita. Ha sido una estancia muy agradable. Nos hemos sentido como en casa. Sin duda, repetiré si volvemos a veranear en Nerja, que es casi seguro, porque nos ha encantado. La dueña super agradable. Muchas gracias Pilar.

An enjoyable stay.
I stayed at Pilar's property for 30 days from the 16th may the property was of a high standard and had everythingyou would need for your holiday. Super woning nabij centrum van Nerja
Super fijn huisje met een voor- en achtertuin waar je heerlijk uit de wind zit. Drie slaapkamers met heerlijke bedden. Alles netjes en schoon. Pilar was makkelijk te bereiken. Wij komen terug!

The house was in a great location and great for getting around on foot. I had a mobility scooter and was able to do things I hadn't been able to before. Pilar is a great host and nothing is a problem if you need help. Will try to go back next year.

2 Week stay in Nerja
House was in a traditional Spanish street. House set on 2 levels indoors with roof terrace. Further outside space at front and back and balcony with main bedroom. Place was very clean and everything you would need if you want to stay in and cook or take the 10 minute walk to the main Square in Nerja via the many bars and restaurants along the way. Local supermarkets 10 seconds away with main supermarket less than 5 minutes. The lovely Beach is about 2 minutes away. Great location and accommodation for the price

Good and not so good
Good Pilar is excellent, she lives nearby and is always available. The house is clean and very well equipped - everything you need, with new, good quality appliances and comfortable beds. There is a nice large patio at the back for BBQs etc with sunshade There is a roof terrace with sun all day Heat exchangers for heat in winter and cooling in summer Large flat screen TV (Spanish channels only, but cable company can offer alternatives) Fast internet access Near bars, restaurants, shops and beach Bad Although the front patio is big enough for a car, it is impossible to drive in and out if there are cars parked opposite, which is most of the time. In holiday periods (Easter in our case) it is impossible to find any parking anywhere near. It is a typical Spanish house with small dark rooms It was fine for two of us but 6 would find it restricting especially in winter when the outside areas would be chilly The electricity trips out under load - eg if oven and kettle are on at the same time.

Schönes Haus in perfekter Lage
Wir hatten 9 sehr schöne Tage in dem Haus. Die Lage ist perfekt. Nur wenige Gehminuten zum Strand, in die Stadt und zu vielen Restaurants emtfernt. Die Vermieter sind sehr symphatisch, freundlich und hilfsbereit. Sie waren für Rückfragen jederzeit erreichbar. Das Haus bietet alles was man benötigt. Highlight ist der schöne große Hof mit Grill nach hinten raus. Es ist nicht einsehbar von außen. Auch die Küche ist bestens ausgestattet und einen Privat-Parkplatz gibt es auch. Das Haus ist zwar nicht luxuriös, aber sehr gemütlich, sauber und charmant eingerichtet. Preis-Leistung-Verhältnis ist top! Vielen Dank für die tolle Zeit :)

Una gran elección
Magnífica ubicación, todo a mano, a un paseito corto del centro y de la playa. La casa es tal y como se describe en las imágenes, todo limpio, colchones cómodos, propietarios muy amables y atentos a cualquier necesidad. Como información extra al anuncio, indicar que el baño de la planta baja se encuentra fuera, en el patio trasero, algo importante si se viaja con personas con poca movilidad, aunque realmente está muy a la mano y perfectamente funcional. Las playas de Nerja son calitas pequeñas y se llenan pronto, la más más cercana a la casa es Torrecilla, si bien justo a continuación está el playazo, mucho mas larga y sin problemas de aforo (recomiendo el chiringuito Mauri). Muy buen ambiente para pasear, tiendas y muchos bares (recomiendo El Chispa), Nerja es un pueblo precioso con unas vistas al mar impresionantes. No lo dudeis, en esta casita pasareis unas muy buenas y felices vacaciones

Good location. Very clean lovely pleasant owner who was on hand if needed.
December 2018 We were 4 adults on a walking holiday. The property is only a 10 min. Walk to the Balcon . The house is set up for 6 people but we found it a little small for 4 so wouldn't recommend it for 6 adults. The second toilet and shower is outside but we didn't find this a problem . Our overall holiday and experience was very good and would recomend this property

Perfect location
Many thanks for a lovely stay! We visit Nerja often and this house was in a great location for us - halfway between the Monica and the Balcon and close to all the people and places we normally visit. The house was big enough for 5 of us and having 2 bedrooms upstairs and one down was ideal for our 2 family groups, and we each had our own bathroom. The kitchen was well equipped, but we didn't use it a lot as there are so many cheap places to eat nearby. The roof terrace, balcony and courtyard meant a choice of outside spaces, as well as the patio at the front which could be locked so another secure place for the kids to play. Had a lovely week and looking forward to our next visit. Many thanks
