“We chose this location to stay during a youth softball tournament. The primary recently chose it was the fact that it had a swimming pool. When we arrived, there was a sign on the counter, saying that the pool was closed. I had received prior communication regarding the stay, but nothing mentioned the closure of the pool. Needless to say, we had a lot of disappointed young girls.”

“The hotel was garbage, but the young man Adam at the front desk was wonderful. He was trying to do his best to help us out. The room was mediocre. There was no air conditioning. There was no plug in the bathtub for the kids to have a bath. There are no toothbrushes at the front desk. Ice machine was broken. The voice was a piece of garbage.”

“This could be a good place to stay but our room had a dirty floor and a tv that wasn’t getting any channels. We had to be brought a different remote and sign into our Netflix to watch anything. There is too much stuff laying around the property giving it an unkempt appearance. Staff is nice and helpful. The mattress is the worst. It’s like laying on a concrete slab. Terribly uncomfortable. It is quiet here which is a plus.”

“Air conditioning in our room was pretty bad and overall wasn’t a very clean room for the price paid. Amenities were decent and I really stayed here for proximity to an event.”

“We booked this hotel because it had a pool. Well it was closed for the day and they told us that it would be open the next day. But we were only there for the night. They didn’t seem to care. So much for we will make it 100% right.”

“Three rooms occupied in a 50+ room building, and we get put in the room adjacent to one of the three occupied rooms - walls were paper-thin, so we got to listen to the neighbor's TV all night. That person checked out after two days, and a fighting drunk couple with a heavy NY accent subsequently checked in to that same room (again with more than 50 other possible rooms available, why right next door??).
