âJust got back from 3 nights at the Lakeside Hotel. Beautiful hotel and the scenery Lakeside is amazing. So peaceful and so nice to retreat to after a day in places like Bowness.

âThere was a hiccup during check in due to the hotel not receiving the message about our dog staying with us. The hotel think this is due to Expedia not passing on the message. Anyway, the hotel quickly dealt with the problem and we had a lovely time. The food was excellent.â

âMy sister and I spent just a couple of nights here and truly fell in love with the house and staff. Every interaction was easy and kind, the house was incredibly well kept, and the grounds were gorgeous. It's located a bit out of the way which is perfect for minimizing crowds and noise! Our room was perfectly sized and the bed/bedding comfortable. All in all, a 10/10. Highly recommend to anyone in any stage of life.â
