Seamoon Home Nettuno is located in the center of Nettuno in the apartment building at Via D. Birago 8, on the 2nd floor above the Elite supermarket and the Oviesse department store. All amenities are right on your doorstep: bars, pizzerias, restaurants, boutiques, a pharmacy, and a church. Beach clubs are a 3-minute walk away. The marina is a 2-minute walk away. The train station is just a 2-minute walk from the apartment, with trains departing for Rome every hour; the trip takes about 65 minutes. -<br>The entire apartment can accommodate up to 4–5 adults or two adults plus two or three children. The apartment is equipped with air conditioning, a washing machine, a hair dryer, an iron, and an ironing board. LED TV with HDMI port<br>Included are: high-quality sheets and towels, a complimentary toiletries kit, pots, cutlery, glasses, kitchen utensils, etc. <br>One bedroom with a large double bed and a sofa bed in the living room. Upon request, a fold-out bed can be added for an additional fee. <br>The apartment is located on the 2nd floor, above the Elite supermarket, accessible by stairs or elevator. <br>Upon arrival, you will be given a set of keys.<br>IMPORTANT: The accommodations are accessible to people with limited mobility.<br>Check-in is flexible 24 hours a day at a time to be agreed upon; arrival by 10:00 PM is free; from 10:00 PM to midnight, there is an extra charge of €20.00; after 12:00 AM, a late-night check-in fee of €40.00 applies! Check-out is by 10:00 AM, with the option to extend as needed. <br>Upon arrival, you’ll be greeted directly by the owner-hosts, who will provide you with quality service to ensure your stay is pleasant and relaxing. We’ll make sure you have the apartment keys, clean towels, and high-quality hotel-grade linens.
