La Grande Charbonnière Gîte for up to 8 people

Ideally designed for reunions with family or friends, the Grande Charbonnière can accommodate up to 8 people with all the necessary comfort, towels are provided and the beds will be made upon your arrival.
Spread over three levels, this welcoming cottage includes three bedrooms, two bathrooms with WC, a welcoming living room and a spacious kitchen.
On the ground floor, a large bedroom, queen size bed 160x200 and a bathroom equipped with a walk-in shower and a toilet are adjoined by a well-equipped kitchen with oven, large refrigerator, microwave and all the utensils necessary to prepare good meals.
On the second level, a comfortable living room is ready to welcome moments of relaxation and conviviality. It can also be transformed into a bedroom with its double sofa bed.
The top floor offers a first bedroom with two single beds (90X200), a small library lounge with a sofa bed convertible into a 90x190 bed, a second bathroom with bathtub, WC and washing machine, as well as a last large bedroom with a large King size bed 180x200 and a 90x200 bed.
For your comfort, both upstairs bedrooms are equipped with ceiling fans.
In summer, the terrace shaded by vines and wisteria, as well as a private garden, just in front of the kitchen, offers a haven of freshness for moments of relaxation and/or outdoor grilling.
Take full advantage of the shared facilities on the Clos de la Charbonnière estate: Heated swimming pool (10x4), badminton court, ping-pong, pétanque, möllky, trampoline, swing and cabin with toys for children... It's hard to get bored!!!
