It is nestled in the beautiful chalet village "Am Sonnenhang" in a dreamlike, quiet south-facing slope on the edge of Neukirchen am GroĂvenediger, Trattenbach district. In winter, the wonderful and extensive ski areas Zillertal-Arena, from Königsleiten or Hochkrimml, Wildkogel-Arena, from Neukirchen am GroĂvenediger or Bramberg, KitzSki KitzbĂŒhel/Kirchberg in Hollersbach, WeiĂseegletscher in Uttendorf, Schmittenhöhe in Zell am See, Kitzsteinhorn - The Glacier in Kaprun are in the immediate vicinity. The ski bus runs to the Zillertal and Wildkogel Arena from Wald im Pinzgau. In the Wildkogel Arena you can experience unforgettable hours (also night tobogganing) on the longest floodlit toboggan run in Europe (14 km). Ski and toboggan hire is available in Wald im Pinzgau and in Neukirchen am GroĂvenediger. In Wald im Pinzgau, romantic horse-drawn sleigh rides are offered through the snow-covered winter landscape. You can book these directly at the nearby Kreidl farm. It is also possible to arrange riding lessons or rides. An extensive network of cross-country ski trails invites you to enjoy cross-country skiing throughout the region. Ski tourers also get their money's worth in the surrounding mountains. The Kristallbad in Wald im Pinzgau is open all year round with indoor and outdoor pools, water slide, sauna, wellness facilities and restaurant. The area is an Eldorado for hikers, climbers and mountain and e-bikers with an extensive network of cycling and hiking trails. The impressive Krimml Waterfalls with the Water World are just a short distance away. The nearest grocery store with a wide range of products can be reached on foot or in three minutes by car. As the chalet village is situated on a hill, snow chains may be required.
The chalet for a maximum of 6 people is built in typical alpine style and promises you a dream holiday and wonderful relaxation thanks to a successful combination of wood, stone, lots of light and a wonderful view of the surrounding mountains of the Hohe Tauern National Park. "Das Zwölferl" is 92 square metres in size and is equipped with wooden floorboards, a modern kitchen, a cosy wood-burning stove for cosy hours, state-of-the-art sanitary facilities and its own sauna. You have your own terrace with seating, barbecue and a comfortable wooden garden lounger for two for relaxing hours. You can also enjoy the view from your furnished balcony.

On request, we can provide you with a baby travel cot and a high chair free of charge. Free WIFI throughout the house.
FURTHER FACILITIES: One underground parking space with e-charging station for e-vehicles (for a fee), additional outdoor parking spaces, locked communal ski storage room with ski boot dryer and bicycle storage room. Please note that smoking and pets are not allowed in the house.
