The apartment on the upper floor of a detached house with a spacious balcony can be reached via an external staircase. It has a living area with integrated kitchen, two separate bedrooms and a very nice bathroom with shower.



All windows and the outside door are fitted with insect screens.



In one part of the garden, a trampoline, a wooden play tower and a sandpit invite children to play and enjoy sporting activities.



The clear bathing lake is approx. 250 m from the vacation apartment, the bathing area has a bathing jetty with ladder, you can also reach the water from the shore, the ground is fine sandy ... very suitable for children. A rowing boat (Anka 4), which is located at the boat dock, can be borrowed from the landlord to paddle on the lake in the village (Kluger See) or simply to enjoy nature.
