Appartamento Third is a 4-bed vacation home for rent for vacations in Salento, just 10 minutes by car from the beautiful beaches of Gallipoli and Nardò.
The house is located in an old farmhouse in the countryside of Neviano and is equipped with air conditioning, TV and mosquito nets.
Shared with other apartments are an outdoor shower, washing machine, barbecue and parking. Pets are allowed.

74-square-meter vacation home is part of an ancient farmhouse from the
1600s, surrounded by nature. A furnished porch, shared with another
vacation home, is the entrance to the house.
The interiors consist of large living room with open kitchen, dining room and sofa, 1 air-conditioned double bedroom, 1 twin bedroom, 1 bathroom with shower.
The
shared exteriors feature several areas for outdoor relaxation, with
barbecue for grilling, lounges, table and chairs, outdoor shower and
swings for the little ones.

Donna Laura is located in the countryside, in the Salento hinterland,
less than 2 km from the center of Neviano, a small town where all the
main services are present, along the provincial road that connects
Neviano to Collepasso.
Gallipoli is just 12 km away. The nearest
beaches to the masseria are the beaches of Baia Verde, Rivabella, Padula
Bianca and Santa Maria al Bagno, all about 15 km away.


- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- Bed linen/towels optional rental: price is euro 20 per person per week.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
- Shared with other 3 units: parking, relax area, barbecue area and washing machine.
- Air conditioning in the double bedroom.
