“The room was extremely dirty. The lamp shades were fuzzy with dust and stained. Stained sheets and mattresses. Grime and dirt all over the walls. A good cleaning is very needed. The staff was helpful and kind.”

“The hotel is closed completely. We booked in August/paid, and drove in on the 10th. The building was completely locked and dark. Tried calling the hotel directly, and it went straight to answering machine. Had to get a last minute room at another hotel, and they said that Red Roof has been closed for almost a year. In the process of getting a refund from Hotels.com”
