“INFESTED. THIS HOTEL IS NOT A 4 SEASONS RESORT. This hotel is infested, dirty, and falling apart. Every surface in the rooms is stained with nasty, large red/brown/yellow splotches to the point that I did not want to sit down on any of the furniture, let alone sleep in the bed. Most of the items/hard surfaces in the room were covered in a thick, crusty yellow/brown grime with human hairs effectively glued into said items/surfaces by the grime. We asked to move rooms the last night we were here...
“The Golden Rock is a one of a kind property and we cannot wait to go back. The cleanliness was a 10/10 and the landscaping was absolutely stunning. The restaurant was excellent for every meal we had. I highly recommend the conch chowder. Thank you Golden Rock! ”
“We had a wonderful time at Oualie. The room might be a bit dated and the mozqitos are a menace in the early morning and evening. But if someone asked me I would go back without a doubt.”
“Superb location. Staff could not be more helpful and Friendly. Amazing wildlife in and around the property. Would definitely return. Only small criticism is it was a little pricey in the restaurant.”
