âFresh design, quite new hotel, super clean. Pool, gym, really nice and well equipped. This hotel seems so much better than 2* --it actually IS as nice as on the pictures! Have been in worse 4* hotels...Extremely friendly staff, also. Definitely would come back.â

âA nice hotel for the traveler. Good service to and fro airport. Happy staff. As our flight was early we got a breakfast packet.
The hotel had some problem with the elevators.
Close to good restaurants.â
âEverything was great except my keys were faulty since the beginning, I never kept them near my phone but other than that , the hotel was convenient for an event nearby â
âHad a great stay. Breakfast was good. The only complaint I have is the light timer in the restroom. Went off a few times while in the shower and had to make motion for them to turn back on. â
âThis place/hotel is absolutly great!!! You cannot get more satisfaction. I have stayed here more than 8 times before during more than 25 years. Every time I chose wonderful San Diego this is tthe place to be at!!!â

In order to move to a quieter room one floor up, we were required to pay an additional fee â something we found unreasonable given the circumstances. We had expected better service and understanding from the staff. â

"Rummet var rent och vÀlstÀdat, bra utsikt, nÀra till flygplats, dock var sjÀlva anlÀggningen nÄgot gammalt, nÄgot konstigt vattenblandare i badrumet, sÄ kanske en renovering i badrummen hade varit bra. "
