âWas great! The only thing is sometimes the elevator didnt work so we had to take the stairs. Was not much of a problem for us because we were only on second floor. Felt bad for those that were on top floor. We stayed there on 4th of July and fireworks were right there over the water. Very nice.â

âFresh design, quite new hotel, super clean. Pool, gym, really nice and well equipped. This hotel seems so much better than 2* --it actually IS as nice as on the pictures! Have been in worse 4* hotels...Extremely friendly staff, also. Definitely would come back.â

âA nice hotel for the traveler. Good service to and fro airport. Happy staff. As our flight was early we got a breakfast packet.
The hotel had some problem with the elevators.
Close to good restaurants.â
âThis place/hotel is absolutly great!!! You cannot get more satisfaction. I have stayed here more than 8 times before during more than 25 years. Every time I chose wonderful San Diego this is tthe place to be at!!!â

In order to move to a quieter room one floor up, we were required to pay an additional fee â something we found unreasonable given the circumstances. We had expected better service and understanding from the staff. â

âFirst time staying here and it was wonderful! Front desk staff are great and hospitable! We had a floor level room with direct access to the patio with cozy bungalow seating. Very close to downtown and Little Italy, where you can find many eateries, just an uber away! Definitely coming back for a staycation! â
