"Extremely helpful, attentive and friendly staff at all levels. The spacious suites and large lounge with nightly happy hour were perfect for our multi-generation family reunion. The restaurant was also very good and provided sufficient variety and quality for casual dinners, with good nearby eateries for other evenings. I thought the distance from downtown Milwaukee might be an issue but the 20-30 minute drive was very doable for our needs. Thanks to all caring staff for an excellent stay!"

"Felt truly welcome by the hotel staff. The hotel is quiet old and probably could need some smaller updates. But the nice welcoming, the safety and the large room was truly appreciated. Location great and the hotel truly fulfilled my purpose for a nice and friendly stay. "
