âLoved the location, right next to people mover- parking was not easy- they recommend a nearby lot but can be over crowded , no local walkable breakfast but I believe they were in process of opening one next door. There was usually a friendly staff member near front door. Great view of city ! Kitchenette was a bonus but they may wish to buy some newer pots/ pans as they were pretty beat up. âEtt fint hotell med bra service och nĂ€r till en fin promenad nere i "nya" Downtown som numera Ă€r riktigt fint och som erbjuder fina brunch restauranger. Stort rum! â
âLove the friendliness of the staff. Especially love the courtyard and the all around vibes of the hotel and rooms. Nice to feel like you arenât dead center of Detroit but still an easy walk from the stadiums and all the sweet bars! This was our second time staying here and we will 100% be staying again! â
âThe staff, especially Anthony, was very helpful upon our arrival. We were offered a shuttle to the concert we were attending and that saved us a lot of money!â
âWent to a Tigers game. 3rd time staying here. Much better than the other hotels nearby. This is the first time we ate at Muglyâs after the game. The hostess Laura was awesome!! Pizza was great and best wings weâve had in a while. Price was great too. My go to hotel now for lions and tigers games.â
âRoom smelled like smoke, carpet was dirty and bathroom floor has probably not been cleaned. Room was very loud, in addition to traffic noise you can also hear everything your neighbours are doing and fridge is extremely loud. Wifi was weak.â
âFrom the outside it didn't look special, but appearances can be deceptive. The staff when checking in were friendly and helpful, making checkin a breeze.
The room I stayed in appeared to fairly recently upgraded. Everything was clean and tidy, and the bed was very comfortable. I would definitely rebook to stay here if in the area again.â
