Our stay was lovely! The hotel was clean, as was our room, impeccably so. The bed was super comfortable, as were the pillows, and it was quiet. We slept wonderfully well! And the staff were all very friendly, helpful, and professional. The location was great, we came for a musical performance at Gruene Hall, and it was only minutes from the Gruene Historic District. We will definitely return!

Property was in a good location. Staff was friendly. Rooms were clean and smelled freshed! Breakfast was delightful. Would definitely stay here again.

IT WAS COLD, give them a break!
Very clean and compy. Weather did not allow for staff to arrive for warm breakfast items, but some were available, cereals, pancakes and bagels. Not a concern for us, but others were upset. It was COLD, and people could not get to work on time.

We do appreciate your understanding with our hot breakfast not being available. Our breakfast staff was unable to make it that day due to the unsafe road conditions along with a notice from the city to reduce electricity to avoid possible outages. Our front desk staff was able to put out the easy items to ensure everyone still had options. We hope to see you again in the future if your travels bring you back to New Braunfels.

Staff was nice, place was clean but the bed/ mattress was hard and lumpy, pillows the same, water pressure very low and very noisy guests at 2am-4am on our floor. Honestly one of the worst sleeps I have had in a hotel.

No hot water . Wasn’t notified at check in at 3:00. Shortly after arriving in room I had to get ready for an event and had to take a cold shower. The following morning still no hot water so had to take my 3rd cold shower. Left for the day and when I arrived at 3:30 , I was told hot water was back . When I asked about some sort compensation,since a letter was put under my door about it , front desk clerk wasn’t helpful and he seemed annoyed. Said I would need to contact Hotels.com.
