Vacker 2/1 lägenhet på Inverness Condominiums som har alla rum med utsikt över Comal River i New Braunfels, Texas. Detta är ett hörnlägenhet som har trägolv, rostfria apparater, bänkskivor i granit, fina möbler och den BÄSTA utsikten i komplexet! Den har en tvättmaskin och torktumlare med stapel, krukor, kokkärl, sängkläder och allt du behöver för en familj får en väg eller en romantisk helg. Anläggningen har en pool, direkt tillgång till floden, dedikerad parkering och utomhusgrillar. Det finns ett stort trädäck med utsikt över marken och många bord för att umgås.

Dessa lägenheter ligger tvärs över gatan från Schlitterbahn och Comal River. Rockin 'R är ett lokalt rörutrustningssystem som kan plocka upp två partier från Inverness Condos mellan Memorial Day och Labor Day. För alla bokningar utanför den tidsperioden, kontakta bara Rockin 'R-butik som ligger bara 0,5 km bort för bokningar.
Du får två parkeringspass, en för en numrerad täckt plats och en andra för allmän parkering. Denna lägenhet ligger på andra våningen och det finns en hiss för enkel åtkomst. Gäster måste vara 25 år eller äldre för att boka och måste bo på fastigheten. Inga husdjur tillåtna. Gästerna kommer att förses med 6 armband (maxbelopp tillåtet). Dessa lägenheter har högst 6 gäster. Denna maximala beläggning får inte överskridas vid någon tidpunkt. Inga daggäster tillåtna.

Komplexets HOA hade fastställt vissa policyer för att säkerställa att alla som bor på komplexet kan ha en underbar tid. På grund av den fantastiska platsen kan vi ha problem med överträdare. Säkerhetsvakterna är där för att se till att endast hyresgäster använder marken och att gästerna parkerar på rätt parkeringsplatser. Var snäll inte förolämpad av polsbandet och parkeringspasspolicyn, de är verkligen där för att säkerställa att du har en fantastisk tid!

Beautiful home, well appointed. Comfortable beds. Shower was a bit difficult to use but worked. Easy access to the Comal River. Walkable to downtown. Nice, quiet neighborhood. Only drawback was an infestation of lady bugs in the master bedroom.

Overall we had a good stay. We checked in after hours and had some difficulty as our maps took us to a different condo that shared the same driveway and we were not able to contact anyone for additional directions. The condo was quiet and clean and had everything we needed for our stay. However, the beds were bith very uncomfortable and need to either be upgraded or topped with a more comfortable mattress topper.

New Braunfels Stay

Condo location was perfect. We have stayed at this complex many times. First time with this specific condo. 1. After we booked through VRBO they notified us we had to drive to a different location to pick up our code to enter the home. It was an inconvenience to float the river and then to have to pick up a code written down on paper at a separate location. Usually it’s texted to you. They say they tell you before you book it but they don’t. They send the rental agreement after you book and they take your money. 2) they advertise having shampoo, conditioner, and soap. It was 4 adults for a two night stay and they left these little 2 ounce bottles (sample bottles). So we had to go find soap to bathe. The condo was fine, buts obviously the management company that are not great

River trip

Had a wonderful time with friends for a River float weekend. Plenty of room for 6 people. Clean. Comfortable and relaxing sitting on the balcony being able to see part of the River. Also convenient that we were able to get out mid float and get out at the property and park our tubes for a lunch break and get right back at it. Loved it!

Great location & clean

On the comal River, bring your tubes & water shoes, follow the maps on the refrigerator, we were able to enter the river from the condo, tube down for a little over an hour & make the short 5 minute walk back after exiting the public exit.

The property was in a great location. We asked for our drain to be fixed and our handle to turn water on fixed. Someone came very quickly. He fixed the handle, but couldn't fix the drain. (Had to hold lever down to drain as you showered) Didn't do the pool because it was cloudy and the water looked green.

Not for us!

We stayed here for a birthday “getaway.” I say that loosely because we are locals! I wouldn’t say this place is family friendly. The condo we stayed in had lots of glass decor (we have a baby and toddler) they have strict noise restrictions and even restrictions on where you can be on the property at one. Absolutely no guests, even for the day. You have older residents there who sit out and watch you all day by the pool area and scoff at any type of noise. Nice if you want to travel alone or prefer quiet mature settings. Wouldn’t say it’s super family friendly, not very for all younger kiddos. You have to wear a wristband the whole time you stay here or you could be at risk for eviction and police being called.. we were reminded by residents. Mind you, it’s not so easy keeping them on kiddos. For the price and the strict restrictions we don’t recommend!

Great Location on the Comal

We had the best time in this condo! Perfect and BEAUTIFUL location. We had a small issue with the TV and A/C, but we called the management, and they responded immediately. We would definitely go back to this place!

Great Condo and Location

We really enjoyed this condo and the location. We will definitely stay here again. We were worried about some of the other reviews regarding the beds being uncomfortable but we all actually had the best sleep ever in the 2 rooms. The kids complained that the couch pull out bed wasn’t comfortable so we will probably bring an air up mattress next time. Unfortunately, the pool was really dirty so we didn’t get in it but we had enough fun on the river! Beware that the “Balcony View” picture in the listing is really a view from the stairwell not from the balcony. They balcony view is completely blocked by trees. Even so, we will definitely stay here again.

Great location!

We enjoyed our stay. The place was clean & had everything we needed. The decor could use some updates. I didn't feel it was worth the amount of money we paid for 2 nights.(mid-week) Trees could be trimmed to allow for better river view.

Condo was awesome.

We loved the location of our condo. It was so convenient to everything that we were interested in doing. We spent a lot of time on the balcony. The only thing that disappointed us was that the balcony view was obstructed by all the trees. We will definitely stay here again.
