We aren’t out to nickel and dime our guests or charge a ridiculous amount for cleaning. In fact, the space is equipped with all of the amenities that we as a family have come to find useful when we rent vacation homes ourselves. So we've included cold filtered and bottled water in the fridge upon your arrival, a charcoal BBQ pit, a coffee pot, coffee, creamer, spices, all the cook ware you may need, shampoo, conditioner and body wash in the bathroom, an alarm clock, dog bowls, kids pack and play, additional linens for extra guests, portable fans, laundry detergent and much more!

After you book, we also provide you with a city guide with lots of great tips on attractions, directions to popular sites, and where and how to plan your day on the river.

If you're planning to float the river, we can have tubes waiting for you at the house for an additional $15 so you can get right on the river and won't have to go through a company to rent. And if you plan to visit Canyon Lake, we rent out jet skis as well!
