Welcome to the Little Fox Lake Cottage! This home is remarkable for its cozy intimate feel, classic vintage style and appropriate upgrades while providing the close proximity to the amazing activities that make New Buffalo such a special getaway.

This 3-bedroom cottage features two bedrooms with queen beds and the other has a bunk bed with a 1 full bed, and 1 twin bed, ensuring a serene night's sleep for all guests. There is an additional twin bed in the basement for extra room to relax. Feel free to bring your dogs as we are pet friendly.

CONVENIENT ACCESS
You don't even need a car to get to the Cottage as it's a short walk to Amtrak station. Also, once you arrive you find you won't need a car as the beach is just .7 miles from the cottage while Stray Dog, Beer Church, David's and Post Boy are just a 5 minute walk away! Just 25 minutes to South Bend so this is the perfect place to stay to catch a Fighting Irish game and also enjoy the charm of New Buffalo.

The Cottage features a wide open lounging space with vaulted ceiling and a loft area which is great for the kids who want their own space to chill (not a sleeping area). The dining area has bench seating, Serena Lily chairs and room for 9 people hanging out playing games or enjoying drinks and dinner.

The living room includes a couch, two Crate and Barrel swivel chairs and additional rattan chairs for easy conversational seating. The living room also has a gas fireplace and smart TV in case you need to catch the game.

The bedrooms are thoughtfully decorated with white linens and Pendleton throws for that cozy cottage vibe. The first bedroom has a bunk bed with a double on the bottom and twin bunk on top. The second and third bedrooms are both queen beds decorated in the same thoughtful cottage style.

The bunk room and queen room share the hall bath which has newly renovated walk-in shower in addition to the sink and toilet.

The primary bedroom has an en suite bathroom which features a vintage clawfoot tub/shower and a separate water closet with toilet and sink. The primary bedroom has a smart TV for streaming, casting or the Xfinity app for local programming.

The kitchen is a vintage cottage kitchen with a stove and refrigerator but no dishwasher. There is every pot and pan you would want, a crock pot, toaster and a regular drip Moccamaster coffee pot as well as a Nespresso. We supply regular, decaf and ice coffee pods as well as sweeteners. The marble island is a great space for serving dinner to a crew or for food prep.

We are pet and provide food and water bowls if you do bring any furry friends with you on vacation.

Off the kitchen is a door outdoors which leads to a gated yard with grass, Adirondack chairs and a fire pit. There is also a picnic table seating for 6 and a gas grill.

There is a basement which features a washer and dryer, play area for kids and an additional trundle bed if anyone wants their own space instead of sharing the queens or double bed.

Walk anywhere in town but there is also parking for two cars to the left of the home. If needed, an additional car can park across the street. Permit #CR-26-0141
