**Welcome to Your Comfy & Cozy Home Away from Home!**

This charming three-bedroom, two-and-a-half-bathroom house features a spacious yard perfect for adults to unwind while the kids enjoy playtime. In the evenings, gather around the large fire pit for s'mores or kick back and relax after a wonderful day at the beach!

The home is equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay, including central air conditioning, forced gas heating, a washer/dryer, a dishwasher, high-speed Wi-Fi, and YouTube TV. The fully stocked kitchen caters to all your cooking needs, or you can fire up the Weber Genesis gas grill for a delicious steak.

Conveniently located just steps from the marina, beach, shops, ice cream parlors, and restaurants, you can easily walk to the popular Bentwood and Stray Dog restaurants, as well as Oink’s Ice Cream. Downtown New Buffalo is only a 10-minute walk or a quick 1-minute drive away, where you'll find Barneys Market (liquor and grocery), charming boutiques, and more dining options.

If you're looking for a night out, the local casino offers a shuttle service that picks up at the Marina Grand Hotel, located just half a block away. Enjoy the public beach and park, only a short 10-15 minute walk from your doorstep.

With just a short drive, explore Redamaks (open in the summer), Union Pier shops, local breweries and wineries, and the stunning Indiana and Warren Dunes, along with all the exciting activities that Harbor Country has to offer.

Great Stay!

Had a great stay over 4th of July weekend with the family! Beautiful home within walking distance to everything. Catherine was a great host. Everything looked brand new and really enjoyed sitting outside on the deck out back in the evening. Would definitely stay here again. Thanks for a great stay!

Cute House Walking Distance to Whittaker Street

Very cute home decorated and furnished perfectly. The home is walking distance to Whittaker Street and nestled on a peaceful block. Ample bedrooms and bathrooms and great space in basement as another area to utilize. Would stay here again.

Great house!

The house was so cute and perfect for three couples. The living area was a perfect place for all of us to hang out with enough seating on the couches and at the island. It was just a 15 minute walk to all the restaurants and stores and you could even hear the water from the house! HIGHLY recommend!

Flawlessly clean and quaint

Stayed in the house with a couple friends for a golf trip. House was immaculately clean and located very close to downtown New Buffalo. Owner was a pleasure to deal with. I would definitely stay here again on one of my next golf trips. 5 stars all the way.

The hostess was very friendly & communicated with us whenever needed. She offered extras like coffee, toiletries, extra blankets & made us feel like we were at home! Lots of room & perfect for people with small children. It was nice to sit outside on the deck & also by the fire pit.

Perfect house for a girls getaway

We had 2 adults and 4 teens in our group. We had a great time at Catherine's home. Plenty of space to spread out when needed or to gather together for game nights. Great location close to downtown and the beach. Well stocked kitchen and baths. Would definitely recommend this home to anyone looking for a great place in New Buffalo.

Wonderful stay!

Our family had a wonderful stay in New Buffalo. The house was super clean and had everything we needed. Communication was so fast! We had a slight issue with the lock partially through our stay and it was rectified immediately. The location was great, and was an easy walk to downtown New Buffalo.

The Listing Doesn't Come Close to Describing How Perfect this is!

From start to finish the owner was helpful, responsive, accommodating, can't say enough. The place was adorable and had everything we needed and more! A 5- minute walk to the private beach too! Great for our group, everyone had their own space and living room and basement with games. Outdoor fire pit and great patio to enjoy. We can't wait to go back!!!

Wonderful property

This property was just perfect. The host was accommodating and quick to reply. Nice size for a larger group but intimate enough for you and your SO. It’s near the water and restaurants so perfect for those summer nights. I would highly recommend staying here!

A cozy cottage in an interesting town

This cottage was clean and had many small touches that made our stay comfortable and fun. My only suggestion would be more complete instructions regarding the lights in the living room. We had a time figuring out how to turn them off. Also, attend to instructions regarding locking the door. First time, we left and the door was not locked (you need to confirm). All-in-all well laid out and comfortable. Great place.
