“The service was okay, but unfortunately, when it came to cleanliness, it was a disaster. The furniture in the room was completely covered in dust—you could actually write in it. Behind the TV, when I ran my finger along the base, the dust clumped up and turned into something strange—almost as if someone had sprinkled tiny bits of fake cotton wool there. It was the exact same situation on the lamps and the crossbars connecting the desk.”
