“Outlets were sparking when you plugged things in. Light kept going out in desk. Staff needs to better control unruly children destroying property in the game area. Wedding party was out of control. One guy was drunk and passed out, members from party put him on luggage rack and wheeled him around, neither staff member even cared to address these issues. “Exceptional. Clean, professional staff, newer carpet, modern furniture/decor, quiet. Great coffee and breakfast bar had a good amount of offerings, all fresh. The lady working the breakfast food was polite and attentive. Front desk staff was super. I was very pleased with my stay. Highly recommend.”

“The staff didn’t do the rooms and didn’t bring clean towels. I had to go to the front desk to get towels. I left the tag on the door for room service. The woman who was supposed to do our room said she knocked early and didn’t get an answer. I explained that we put the tag out early and wasn’t there.”
