This was my first time to New Haven/Yale. My son was attending a football camp and this was close to Yale. Location was great and made things easy for my son and I to easily get around. We both had the best sleep we have had in months our first night there. Host was very responsive and also very kind.

This property was great for location, and ease getting around town. If you are traveling with elderly members of your family, this property has uneven flooring that could be an issue. Communication was very good with the host. The house is not completely fenced, so that does make it difficult with a pet.

1. - the host responded immediately with all the questions I asked even prior to me securing the property. Thank you for that2. - everything was very clean and as it was advertised. This place is wonderful for couples and families. There's more than enough space for people to be and not feel crowded. It's in the perfect location for local stores and 10 min from the Walmart. Thank you for everything. We will be back!

Cozy and convenient.

Close to the Bowl and campus, this had everything we needed. As New Haven hotel prices get out of hand, a place like this was a real find. Check out Pistachio Coffee in Westville nearby!
