We’re excited to have you stay in this beautifully designed modern home, created with comfort and convenience in mind. The fully equipped kitchen features stainless steel appliances, a coffee maker, and all the essentials for cooking your favorite meals. The bright, sun-filled living area offers a welcoming space to unwind and relax.

Please note that the second sleeping area is a cozy loft accessible by a ladder and has a lower ceiling, adding a unique touch to the layout.

You’ll have the entire apartment to yourself throughout your stay. Enjoy fast Wi-Fi, easy self check-in with our smart lock, and the added convenience of an in-unit washer and dryer. The location makes it simple to explore local favorites, including the Yale University Art Gallery, the Shubert Theatre, and historic Wooster Square.

Please note the following guidelines to ensure a smooth stay:

- Onsite parking is available for one vehicle at a rate of $19 per night.

- Maximum of one pet allowed up to 50 Lbs and must be approved first.

- Initial set of essentials like toiletries and paper products is provided.

- Stays longer than 14 nights require guests to replenish their own toiletries.

- Early check in at 2:00 PM or late check out at 12:00 PM available for a $50 fee.

- No mailbox access is available for guest mail or packages.

- A mandatory monthly extermination service occurs in the building during business hours. We will notify you in advance if access to the unit is required during your visit. We look forward to hosting you in this beautiful space! Guest is not allowed to decline.

Security Deposit
A $350 damage security deposit will be held for this reservation. By booking, guests agree that any damages, missing items, excessive cleaning, or violations of house rules may result in charges against this deposit.
All damages will be documented and shared if applicable.
No Parties Allowed
