This is a private 2nd floor apartment in a three family home. It was renovated in 2020 from top to bottom with central air conditioning, all new kitchen and bath, hardwood floors, stainless steel appliances, and granite counter tops.
The unit features three beautiful bedrooms with queen beds.

This sparkling clean apartment features everything you`ll need to feel at home including:

- All bedding and extra blankets and pillows
- Towels, toiletries, hair dryer, iron and ironing board
- Washer and dryer in unit
- Complete dishware, pots and pans, and cooking supplies
- On-street and off-street parking

Regarding supplies: Please note that we do provide starter items, such as paper towels, toilet paper, dishwashing and shower items, that will last you the first few days. If guests run out of these items or there is something not provided in the unit that they need, guests are expected to obtain these items on their own. We have a list of grocery store options in our guidebook if needed.

Guests will be able to use the entire apartment, as well as the outdoor shared spaces. Guests have access to the bbq and patio at the neighboring house.

Colin and I live just a few blocks away. We like to give guests their space, but we are always more than happy to stop by if you need any help.

Our home is located in the historic Prospect Hill section of New Haven. This neighborhood is home to perhaps the finest architecture in the entire city - a collection of large mansions from the mid to late 19th and early 20th century. These homes once belonged to wealthy industrialists, Connecticut governors, elite educators, and business luminaries. Many of these properties have been wonderfully restored in the past few decades and the area now offers terrific opportunities for architecture fans and history buffs.

On-street parking is always available and there is off-street parking offered as needed. Ubers and Lyfts are also readily available. Yale Shuttle and Bus Stops nearby.

Outdoor spaces: The backyard, parking area and front porch are shared with other guests. Backyard with patio and grill are located behind the house next door and are shared between the two houses.

Parking: There is both off-street and on-street parking available. Our private parking area fits 1 car per unit. Additional cars can park on the street for free.

Gym information:
Gym is located in the house next door.
Hours are 10:00am-7:00pm daily.
Gym space is shared with other guests.

Noise: This is a multi-family house, so you may hear other guests at times. Quiet hours are between 10:00pm and 7:00am.
Must be at least 21 years or older to reserve this space.

Please note that no animals are permitted at this property.

If a guest breaks one of our rules, then the reservation will be canceled and the guest will be asked to leave.
