The Queen Anne: Your Yale/New Haven Getaway

Welcome to The Queen Anne! This 1,700 square foot, 2-story apartment is a special place (our favorite, in fact!). You will feel right at home in this apartment, located in a beautifully renovated Victorian with brand new everything (central air, washer & dryer in unit). With a full kitchen, vibrant décor, private entrance, third floor skylights, and off-street parking, this is the perfect space for enjoying time with friends and family.

This is a private two-story apartment on the 2nd and 3rd floor of a two family home. It was renovated from top to bottom in 2025 with central air conditioning, all new kitchen and bath, hardwood floors, stainless steel appliances, and granite counter tops.

PLEASE NOTE that our EV charger is undergoing maintenance (as of 7/10/26). It will be back up and running soon, but please make sure to ask us first if you are hoping to use it.

We pour our heart and soul into each of our renovations, sparing no expense so that we can offer guests the best experience possible. While designing these spaces, we devote every effort to creating spaces that we ourselves would want to stay in. This unit features four bedrooms with queen beds, two full bathrooms, a fully-stocked kitchen and a comfortable living space.

This sparkling clean apartment features everything you`ll need to feel at home including:

- All bedding and extra blankets and pillows
- Towels, toiletries, hair dryer, iron and ironing board
- Washer/dryer in unit
- Complete dishware, pots and pans, and cooking supplies
- Both off-street and on-street parking
- Gigabit speed WiFi with free Netflix, Hulu, HBO, Paramount+, Peacock, and Disney+
- Pack and play, high chair, inflatable mattress, and even desks are available upon request

Regarding supplies: Please note that we do provide starter items, such as paper towels, toilet paper, dishwashing and shower items, that will last you the first few days. If guests run out of these items or there is something not provided in the unit that they need, guests are expected to obtain these items on their own. We have a list of grocery store options in our guidebook if needed.

We like to give guests their space, but we live nearby and are able to stop in when needed.

This house is located in the Edgewood neighborhood of New Haven, just steps away from Edgewood Park and minutes from Yale University, downtown New Haven and the Westville Village.

There is a private driveway for guests to use. There is a one car max per unit of this house. All other vehicles may park on the street for free.

You will find that the city is small and simple to navigate. Most guests bring a car, but you can also rely on Uber, Lyft, taxis, and bicycles for getting around. Much of New Haven is very walkable as well, especially downtown and the main Yale campus.

Parking: There is space for one car per unit in our driveway. All other vehicles can park on the street. Street parking is free and is typically easy to find on this street.
