Upon entering this spacious 5 bedroom, 5,000 square foot home, guests will be greeted by a large staircase leading up to the three spacious bedrooms. To the left of the stairs is the formal dining room with seating for 10. From the dining room, you can enter into the living room which has a sectional, Roku Smart TV and sliding glass doors that lead out to a small balcony that overlooks the backyard. Between the living room and the kitchen, there is a breakfast table that seats another four people and two additional bar stools at the kitchen counter. Circling back around to the front door, there is a designated office space attached to the kitchen with a desk and office chair in front of a large window, with lots of natural light pouring in. Through the living room, you'll find the first of five bedrooms - the master bedroom with high ceilings, a private bathroom, a small nursery, a fireplace, private entry to the balcony and a staircase leading up to tall bookshelves on the second floor. There is a door leading into the rest of the second floor from this library area, however it can be locked if guests prefer the privacy.

Upstairs there are three spacious bedrooms and a full hallway bathroom. Two of the bedrooms boast queen size beds while the third bedroom has a queen size and a twin size bed. Back down to the main floor, guests can find a laundry room with another full size bathroom and standing shower. From the laundry room, you will find access to a two car garage that guests are welcome to use during their stay.

Leading down to the basement guests will find a fully finished walk out basement complete with a pool table, a ping pong table, another sectional, fireplace and large TV with a Nintendo switch. Additionally, there is a large bunk room in the basement that has 3 twin over twin bunks, sleeping 6 comfortably - making it a perfect kids room! There is also a second kitchen space downstairs that guests can use when prepping food to be cooked on the Blackstone griddle or over the Breeo fire pit which both reside on the patio right outside of the basement doors. Guests have access to the beautiful backyard that is surrounded by trees, cafe lights and a large hot tub for guests to enjoy throughout their stay.

Health, safety, and well-being of our guests are of utmost importance. For this reason, we use a thorough cleaning process after each check-out, including cleaning our Hot Tub between each guest stay.

★ NO PETS ALLOWED ★
We love those little (and not so little) furry bundles of joy. Sadly, our home is not suitable for accommodating them.

★ NO SMOKING INSIDE ★
Please refrain from smoking inside the home! Any smoking evidence will result in a fee for odor removal and furniture cleaning.

★ NO PARTIES/EVENTS ★
We kindly ask you to treat our home as your own to preserve its pristine condition for future guests and your return visits.
