“Need ice machines on ALL floors. Other than that, the place is clean and the room is great. I frequently stay here.”

“We were so pleased! The beds were very comfortable and the staff did quite a good job cleaning each day. Location was good for visiting Chicago...about a 30 minute drive. There were restaurants and drug store close by, and gas was cheaper than in the city. Highly recommend!”

“Water leaked from the wall in between the tub and toilet when the shower is turned on which leaves a huge puddle of water that spreads into the room. I also left a horrible horrible smell and the attendant apologized but said that there was nothing they could do. Very disappointed”

“The room was basic and clean but the breakfast was pissed poor. On toast, cereal and juice. No elevator and the other stairwell smelled like smoke. And no exercise room, false advertisement. The positive: They allowed for early check-in at a good fee.”

“The fridge wasn’t working, but after 2 calls, they brought a new one to my room. Also, I called the day before to see if the pool was open because on the site, it said it was closed. When I arrived, they said the pool was working but I didn’t bring a swimsuit.”

“I had two queens. My bed smelled bad but the other bed was fine. When I let the front desk know, they gave me clean linens right away. Very friendly staff.”

“Very beautiful right when we arrived, we were greeted bar was great. The drinks were great. Happy hour. You do have to pay for parking, which is a very cheap price. The rooms were very clean. Love the full size mirrors.”

“The hallway smells like dog urine. The hotel is loud regardless of the quiet hours.The staff were nice but the conditions of this hotel are not worth the money I paid . I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone .”
